Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersBought for my sister because she only had an electronic can opener and it kept malfunctioning, so I ordered this one for her. The old reliable. No malfunctioning here, just quick, easy and efficient can opening. Upon first use I noticed that my sisters usual profanity was replaced with a simple “huh, that was easy”
In this modern era, sometimes we don’t need the latest fancy gadget, sometimes we just need the old reliable

It was a bit difficult to get the hang of as its such a flimsy feeling can opener but once I figured it out, it was smooth sailing from there. The product is exactly as it is described and will recommend the same for anyone looking to buy an affordable can opener.

I have spent a fortune on tip openers, all work for a while then just don’t seem to open tins well.

This little beauty (as old fashioned as is it) works well and has been for a while.

Can’t beat the old fashioned can opener. Tried more modern and more expensive ones and they always are more awkward and fiddly to use. I’ve reverted to a traditional and very inexpensive one which works a treat.

This may be an old style can opener but it works a treat. Prior to this can opener, I bought an more expensive, ergonomic can opener that turned out to be an absolute waste of money. It stopped working after two months.

I only use butterfly tin openers as I don’t get on with the new designed ones but finding a butterfly tin opener that works greatly is a hard thing to do now days. This one works perfectly. I love it 10:10

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our Users*The Butterfly Can Opener Silver may not be the flashiest tool in your kitchen, but it’s like your trusty old Toyota – it may not be a Lamborghini, but it gets you where you need to go.

*I was initially skeptical of this can opener – I mean, how good could a plain, silver can opener really be? But I was pleasantly surprised by how well it works.

*Using the Butterfly Can Opener Silver is about as easy as taking candy from a baby. Actually, scratch that – taking candy from a baby can be pretty challenging. Let’s just say it’s easy as pie.

*This can opener is like the Terminator of kitchen gadgets – it just keeps going and going and going. I don’t know what kind of superpowers it has, but I’m here for it.

*The best thing about the Butterfly Can Opener Silver is that it’s so reliable, you could use it to open cans in a power outage, a zombie apocalypse, or a major disaster. Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating a bit, but you get the point.

*If you’re looking for a can opener that’s simple, effective, and won’t let you down, the Butterfly Can Opener Silver is like the Robin to your Batman – it’s always got your back.

Cheap can opener I got because its small and fits in the drawer well. But the part you twist to open cans has sharp edges and so it doesn’t feel great to use. Otherwise, it works well and is reasonably sharp so no issues opening cans.

Still never going to be the easiest style of tin opener to use and will push your grip strength to the limit, however! They are what everyone’s favourite pie in a can was designed to be opened with, plus the extra effort getting in makes the pie taste better!
