Had a foaming hot tub, followed the instructions and the foam vanished. It can leave the water looking a little cloudy so you need to use other chemicals to clear it up agai
Been struggling with foam in hot tub over the winter as it’s in need of emptying and refilling. Trying to limp it through to better weather. Used one treatment of Clearwater Foam Remover today and results were instant ! So pleased
Always used more expensive chemicals and foam remover in the past , now use cheaper chemicals and foam remover it does exactly what it says it does , good buy , good product definitely use agai
I’ve tried 3 different brands of de-foamer and this is the best by far. Thicker in consistency and a little goes a long way. Dont waste your time trying the others to save a couple of quid!
We use with a lazy spa and a friend recommended I get this foam away. It really comes into its own when the spa has been used for a while. Without it you get sometimes scummy foam forming with the bubble on which is not pleasant. This can also come from residue of detergent from swimming wear. I also use after using clarifier as whilst the clarifier works it tends to lead to excess foam.
This stuff is amazing!!!I was concerned about the soapy bubbles appearing so researched to find a solution. Found that this had the best reviews so ordered it.only used it once but the bubbles have all gone. So I’m a ver happy customer!
I’m a new owner of a lay z spa hot tub, so very new to all these chemicals needed. This however is the easiest thing to use! My hot tub started to have foam forming when using the spa bubbles so I googled what was best to use for my hot tub and this brand came up as the most popular choice. It definitely works and it’s immediate. I turned on the bubbles and waited for the foam to appear then poured in the diluted mix straight away they began to disappear. I also bought the Clearwater clarifier which is also fantastic product. Brings back that sparkling water.
We had an issue with foaming with our hot tub and was recommended this product and it is fab – does excatly what it’s supposed to. I only add it on average once or twice a week when needed and I haven’t had a problem with foaming since.
Can honestly say with this, you do get a better product for the extra cost. Ive tried other anti foamers on here taking advantage of their price or prime delivery, but they lasted just minutes in the hot tub. The Clearwater works well and can be used sparingly. That how you save your money back.
I was getting a foam build up in my M-Spa due to the whole family using it frequently and the oils and greases from their skins building up in the water. A couple of treatments of this and there is a huge difference in the water, with almost all the foam removed.
This will definitely be on my regular shopping list for spa chemicals.
