I bought these as my other four pots were all out of date and leaking from the test square. The pots all have a use by date except these ones. So be sure to mark with permanent pen when you purchased to make sure when you test with them you know it’s reliable as my two year old ones are reading differently.
Easy to use to check the chemicals levels in your pool. Lovely little image on the bottle to match the colours, better than a paper insert that will get wet or lost!
Omgoodness…amazing product for the price, so pleased I read the reviews by others, and agree how good it is. Definitely would buy again if I need too! And would definitely recommend, sucked up all the debris at the bottom of my above ground pool!
I used it to monitor my hot tub and it’s extremely helpful. They’re easy to use, very prominent colours, work better than other cheaper brands I’ve used, but they’re on the costly side of pool testers.
I really enjoy this product. You just give it a quick dip in your home spa and use the colour chart on the bottle to determine your Cl, pH and alkalinity levels. Three tests in one, what terrific value. You get 25 tests in one bottle and you can use them over several days or all 25 at once.
The sticks are easy to use as you just dip into the hot tub and match the colours to the scale on the side of the bottle.

Don’t be tempted with cheaper alternatives, these are the only choice. I tried some a few times ago, and the colours were hard to read, and the sticks were cheap and flimsy. It definitely makes economic sense to buy the bigger pack, and I am going o try the tip from another Amazon Buyer, to cut the strips in half down the middle to double the number of test sticks and make them go even further. Great tip!
Easy to use, gave us confidence that the pool water had the correct chemical balance – found they gave a good indication of when adjustment to the chemical mix was required.
We’ve had our hot tub for 3 years and at the beginning I tried a few other makes of dip sticks. These are definitely the best for accuracy and wouldn’t use anything else now.
I ordered these test strips as repeat from last year but looking on line I realised that they work out a lot more expensive than some of the others advertised, so I would suggest looking into it more than I did
Having tried a few different testing strips I keep coming back to these as they are the most reliable. Might be a little more expensive but I think worth it. Along with the other products they make the job of maintaining our hot tub easier.
Does exactly as it says it will. But be careful, I got a set last year, bought some more recently and the packing has changed, do not use the old packing to read the values, as you can see from the photo they are now very different!
So make sure you use the right container with the right sticks, so much for just adding them all to one pot!
Other than that, they work great. Now all we need is some sun!
Don’t really know how to use these. Instructions on side of containing but writing to small even with glass. Took a pic and enlarged it but still don’t really get what I’m doing
Cheap copy of originals. Photo shows genuine product at front and this counterfeit item to rear. Tabs do not give correct colour making it dangerous to use with pool chemicals DO NOT BUY No response from seller had to get my money back through Amazo
Arrived quickly. The strips are easy to read and follow the usual 15 second process for all such strips.
Essential for spas and pools.
One note of caution the front picture for this product depicts two 25 strip bottles, but (obviously) this applies to the 50 strip duo pack. My fault – but pictures should be of the product.
However – nothing wrong with the strips – I will be buying again.
Would of left 5 star, but thought I was getting 50 strips but only got 25. It was 50p more expensive for 25 more! I pressed the wrong tab so felt a bit disappointed with myself!
These work well and are the best ones, arrive quick but cost a lot more money. Chinese versions are good for chlorine test and fraction of the price but tend to take weeks to arrive.
