CMJ RC Cars™ Aston Martin Vantage Officially Licensed
CMJ RC Cars™ Aston Martin Vantage Officially Licensed Remote Control Car. 1:24 Scale Red
Officially Licensed 1.24 Scale Aston Martin Remote Control Car
1:24 scale Aston Martin remote control car is factory assembled and ready to run for hours of fun
READY TO RUN
Ready to use straight out of the box.
Just add 5 x AA batteries- 2 for the controller and 3 for the car itself (not included).
No assembly required- remove the carriage screws by hand and with small Phillips/Positive Screwdriver remove the controller, back panel and car panel to insert the batteries. You don’t even have to screw in an aerial!
The better the batteries the faster the car will go.
Race More Than 10 Cars Together
These remote control cars run on a 2.4Ghz frequency.
This means that more than 10 can be raced together without interference. This is not possible when buying cars on 27Mhz or 40Mhz (which is the normal standard).
The perfect gift or gift for two, three, four or more than ten!
Q: Does it work on carpet?
Answer: Yes, the Aston Martin does, but not as fast and smooth as on a wooden flat floor.
Q: How fast does it go?
Answer: We would say 5-8 mph.
Q:Is the remote control joystick or buttons?
Answer: The remote is a joystick with forward and backwards functions, you can see the remote function on the video
Q:If I buy two, will the controllers get confused or can i change radio channel?
Answer: No they do not interfere as they run off 2.4Ghz,
Q:Can you drive with multiple cars of CMJ at the same time as they use the same frequency for the remote controller?
Answer: The cars now run on 2.4Ghz therefore you can operate 10+ cars independently and race them against each
Q: What’s the age range for kids?
Answer :Although any age can enjoy it, since there are small parts, we would suggest around 3+ years
What size batteries does this take?
Answer:You need a total of 5 AA batteries, 3 for the car and 2 for the remote control.
I had to change the batteries of the cars twice in the space of 45 minutes I was using them with kids and if this aspect of the product could be improved then I think this would be a great product.
This car was on two of my grandsons wish lists. Didn’t think they would last because of the price. They have been used, bumped, banged every day since Christmas, they love them. Great buy
For the money this is a great car. Its fast, the vehicle lights illuminate in the direction of travel and batteries last ( depending on which batteries you use of course)
This is a really good toy for what I paid for it. It’s fast and the lights light up when it’s on the move. It’s solid too as my 8 year old has crashed it numerous times already
Good cheap car that’s surprisingly quick with working headlights and good range. But it eats batteries..rapidly. Son was very happy with it, until it stopped work 6 months later. Overall not bad for the price. Controller more responsive than other models too.
Goes fast and especially on hard floor. Not bad on carpet. Has headlights that come on when going forward which is a nice detail. Can’t comment on battery life as only just started using it but no complaints so far.
Bought as a christmas gift for a child but not sure if his dad has played with it just as much. Battery lasts a good length of time and its survived many crashes. Great value for money.
I bought these as stocking-fillers for my nephews and, thinking they might be a bit rubbish, even bought a spare in case one didn’t work. Instead, they were great and they had hours of fun with them. Can’t fault them at the price I paid.
I like taking things apart! All screws, not clips or glue, nice gears for the rear wheel drive , lubricated and with an idler gear, well designed pretty solidly made. You can run more than 1 at once. There is even a tread pattern on the tyres!
Was quite impressed with the car as it was very cheap. It goes at a good speed & the headlights work. Only down side is that the controller feels like cheap plastic. I wouldn’t give it to a small child, but ideal for a big kid who likes Aston Martins
