Shame for the size of it it was not really deep enough for job it was intended.
You should have put depth of fluid after basket was inserted. Which would have helped.

This is my third attempt at an ultrasonic cleaner that does the job for bike bits. The first one blew up after several uses, due to what in my opinion was a bad way of delivering power to the ultrasonic bit and the heater, which I think was dangerous. The second one Creworks was OK for several months of regular use, but develoiped an electronic fault in the vibrating circuit, so kept blowing fuses and would only heat not vibrate. It remains to be seen how this one does, but seems robust at prese

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI had a much cheaper sonic cleaner and was ok but very basic. This however is a completely different beast. Very very easy to use with the element of heating as a bonus. The cleaning process is easy and so fantastically efficient. Excellent value and very happy with it.

Works well, I use it with hot water. As it has a metal body it’s not surprising the vibration creates a certain amount of noise but that doesn’t worry me – its the cleaning that counts.

I really like this cleaner, it does a terrific job.
It’s been used to clean glasses and a watch using the special solutions also from Amazon, they came out sparkling. It’s main use has been to clean flux from some small circuit boards I’ve been tinkering with, they came out free from any residue.
The onboard heater isn’t the most powerful, you will have to wait a while for it to get warm, I warm the solution up in the microwave and let the onboard heater keep it to temperature, it works just fine for that.
All in all, I’m very happy with this.

I have considered buying one of these for years, and recently took the plunge when I needed to clean a carburettor on garden equipment. Manual cleaning was not working. Fifteen minutes in the ultrasonic tank, the engine started at the first pull. It has paid for itself already, and we will be using for less demanding tasks now, which it does very effectively.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDidn’t hold up much hope for this unit because it’s a relatively cheap item compared to some
After opening it was a pleasant surprise how well constructed it was
My 1st thing I had to clean was my titanium citizen watch
The thing has basically never been of my wrist in about 7 years.. working with it .. dust oil.. soil ect ect
Showered with it so soap.. washed dishes ect it was basically a bio hazard lol you could see the grime and scum in the links and clasp
Anyway also purchased some jewellery cleaning liquid at the same time
Put the water in with correct amount of cleaning solution and set the temperature to 60 then when temperature reached set the machine going for 10 mins
Removed the lid on completion and the water was black
Rinsed the watch under cold water and inspected
It was unbelievably clean like as new clean.. now the wife wants all her jewellery done

I bought this ultra sonic cleaner to treat some brass models, it is simple to use and is made mainly from stainless steel. the amazon advert shows the internal dimensions of the chamber but the size of the holding basket is as follows length 210mm width 110mm depth 65mm size of the mesh squares is 9mm. The instruction booklet has tiny writing so be prepared! The type of liquid to be used is left up to you and this has become a project on its own, at the moment I am using Coca-Cola to clean the parts. One further point is that the liquid used takes a long time to reach a set heat, so set this well before you set the time.

Nice machine it is able to take quite a lot of things in one go and a lot quieter than expected only downside it takes about 4 hours to get up to temperature but not a problem if you are aware, if I need to do it quicker I fill with my hot water tap.

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersI’m slightly sceptical regarding cheap ultrasonic cleaners to be honest. I have used proper commercial ones on ships to clean fuel injector nozzles and even these struggle a bit.

However, I had a carburettor to clean on a bike I’d had stashed in a shed forever while I renovated a house and figured for the price I’d give it a go. It’s quite surprising the amount of gunk in the carb thanks to numb-nuts here not draining the fuel out when I put the bike to one side.

One thing apart from the price attracted me to this unit and that it actually looks like a workshop cleaner not a tarted up plastic thing you often see. I know that’s not necessarily the best way to buy something but I figured it was a good starting point.

When I got this – and bearing in mind I paid just over 100 – I was more than surprised at how well made it is. Really. It does give a better impression of quality than the price suggests and looks perfectly at home in my workshop.

So, in the box you get the ultrasonic cleaner with basket inside, instructions and a premoulded UK plug. Simple and easy.

To use, put the cleaner of your choice in – I used carb cleaner for these baths – and then turn it on and chose how long and how hot.

For me that was simply the max on both. Realistically I can’t see any real benefit of not just maxing this out as it’s not likely to vibrate anything into atoms like some massive industrial job.

And it did a fine job of removing the gunk from the carb. Okay, I couldn’t get the whole unit in but the important manky bits were submerged and it worked fine. I do recall I ran it twice through at the end of which it was very clean indeed.

So, bottom line is that for the money, this is a cracking bit of kit.

I purchased this sonic cleaner for my 3D printing business doing resin printing. The large volume and depth makes cleaning larger prints easy. The wire basket helps to keep your prints above any goo on the bottom of the vat. The drain outlet is very handy for cleaning out the machine.

All in all a great machine, robust, easy to use and idela for cleaning high volume or large items.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersOver the years I have had a lot of these cleaners mostly cheaper ones. I use them for cleaning lawn mower parts and Carburetors. The cheaper machines have a very limited life and are noisy to use. However have used this machine now for a couple of months and it works really well does the job and is quiet really pleased with it .I can highly recommend it for domestic and professional use.
Just one point it did not come with a guarantee and page 2 of the instructions contradicted itself However contacted them and they confirmed it has one years guarantee and they will be altering their instructions that it can be used for one hour at a time.

Perfectly. I used a splash of Sea Clean 2 on a 10 minute setting, with a temperature setting of 40 degrees. Only disappointment is basket mesh is too big, jewellery can tend to slip through. Also done excellent job cleaning carburettor.
