It’s very zappy! I can hear the sound of flies and flying ants being zapped from the next room! It got loads of them during the summer heatwave. Also at night time if you turn the lights off it makes the whole room a pretty violet colour — I can see why the insects like it so much!
We purchased a couple of flying pest control devices as we live near fields and get lots of flies and other flying bugs through summer
I have to say, this light has been absolutely amazing. The amount of bugs we have to keep cleaning off it is phenomenal. Couldn’t recommend this more – it’s amazing and we have literally no bugs in the kitchen now.
Had a problem with fruit flies at work , this machine and fly spray did the job. Some of the smaller flies can fly through the gaps , but we got them in the end.
We really like this! We have noticed a real difference in how much we are getting bit when this thing is on. Really handy and we are thinking of getting another!

Fantastic product, it does the job perfectly! Summer hasn’t arrived yet but I already got rid of a couple of flies overnight. Very solid machine, as soon as you open the box you can see it’s good quality. It comes with a spare bulb too. Would recommend
Good value for money, have a problem with flies in the area so with the upcoming summer fast approaching we are hoping it performs as well as stated, so far it’s working as described and really cannot fault it at all, it’s overall a good size and has good build quality too.

Works great, quite big so will be good for outdoors in summer when the flies roll in for the late night BBQ. Also super handy that it comes with a spare bulb!
OH always sprays nearly full can whenever he sees a fly. I much prefer electric zapper. Had our old one for quite some time broke the bulb so time for a new one.
