My eyes felt very tired and puffy, and this is great!! Left it in the fridge this time and it’s so much better, you can put it on straight away, defo wouldn’t do freezer again!!
The strap is nice and comfortable and adjustable.
Cons: The eye holes are alittle too small,

The gel keeps cold for about 10 – 15 mins.
Excellent for cooling down. Relieves headaches, assists in making you feel relaxed, especially when playing down. I turn it upside down as well and use it, so it sits on my forehead, which is also nice!!!
The eye mask is great for reducing the pain behind my eyes. However, I have used it for less than 6 months, and found the gel is leaking from one of corner. I dare not use it again as I am worry on the safety of the leaking gel on my eyes.
The eye holes could do with being a bit bigger and the cold only lasts for 10 mins. I have tried in the freezer for a bit but it’s just too cold and bordering painful. It needs to be somewhere in between fridge and freezer temp.
All in all, a good mask and helps with the puffiness. Would recommend.
This mask is fantastic! I have a brain condition called IIH which is essentially experiencing a brain tumour without the tumour.. it’s hell and I get hurrendous headaches and facial pressure around my sinus area, neck and back. It even hurts in my jaw, teeth and ears. There aren’t any painkillers I can take as it’s the brain fluid pressure causing it..painkillers cannot lessen that pressure. And the strong painkillers increase the pressure so making it worse.
This mask comes in a rectangular thick plastic zip lock envelope and has a good sized elastic fastening at the back with a lot of give. I got the link one with the eye holes and it has a soft edging. I put mine in the freezer for 20 minutes as I need instant relief to calm the nerves that are being compressed by the fluid.. this works so fast and recently I’ve had awful sinus pain. Within minutes the pain subsided and I could relax and actually function.
It lasted around 20minutes until it was too warm to feel benefit anymore which is the longest I’ve benefited from a mask so far. It does smell very strong of that chemical plastic when it arrives but I think that’s just from being sealed in the new plastic zip lock envelope.
However, if you’re like me and are sensitive to smells… and not to mention it’s not pleasant when you have a raging headache.. I would recommend washing the mask and the zip lock envelope thoroughly and air it. before you use it.
So far I’ve used it every day since I received it some days ago, and at times several times a day. It gets cold in the freezer very quickly so doesn’t take long until it’s ready to use. I’m going to buy a second one so I can alternate when it’s really bad.
The only difficulty I have is that the nose part isn’t as wide as I need so doesn’t get to touch the sidea of my nose, but that may be difficult considering it wouldn’t likely stay in place anyway when a strap is pulling around your head. It’s a great product so far and I hope it lasts. Thank you for the relief!!
The mask feels like a kind of high-end product, it has a luxurious feel to it. It is fairly ok to have it on and go on about your day normally (and of course just inside the house, people might stare at you if you wear it outside though).
The con would be that there is less gel and the cold doesn’t last long.
If you can get it for less than fiver then it’s a good deal.
I bought this as a last-ditch attempt to help with the bags under my eyes and a rather prominent dark blue vein near my eye which I’m very self-conscious of. I’d been quoted 1k for surgery to fix it and hadn’t had much luck with make-up, cold spoons under the eyes or any other remedies. Well… this was a gamechanger! Even after one use that vein was significantly more subtle and much more easily disguised with make-up. It’s easy to just keep in the fridge and pop on for 5 mins when I’m getting breakfast ready or when I get home. You wouldn’t want to put it in the freezer (and it says not to) because it goes freezing cold from just the fridge. I have a tiny head but it’s easily adjustable with the velcro to accommodate any head from tiny to huge. My only complaint is that the plastic trim on the bridge of the nose is a little sharp and often leaves an indent for a while, but I’m not sure how this could be rectified. I’ve not used it warm so I can’t comment on that.
