Instructions for Use
Step 1: Pour a packet of neti salt ( 2.7g).(This package excludes the bottle)
Step 2: Pour 37℃ water to 300ml.
Step 3: Cover the lid and shake evenly.
Step 4: Hold the bottle upside down,gently insert the tip into one nostril.Press the valve button to start the flow of the solution.Press the button again to stop the solution.
Step 5: Repeat steps 4 for your other nostril.

Nous avons un bb souvent pris du nez, du coup les bouteilles de srum physiologique on connaissait.. et puis on nous a parl de cet article ! Et bien nous en sommes plus que satisfait ! Super pratique. C’est fait rapidement. Plus besoin de faire attention au stock de bouteilles.

Ho sempre sofferto di sinusite e quindi naso chiuso che mi costringeva a respirare con la bocca anzich con il naso, uso queste bustine di sale mescolato con acqua con l’apposito applicatore e ho finalmente risolto i miei problemi, non necessario fare i lavaggi ogni giorno ma nel mio caso una volta a settimana mi permette di respirare meglio. Li ho acquistati per la seconda volta e sicuramente continuer a farlo.
Ho scoperto la grande utilit dei lavaggi nasali e questa soluzione solubile sta dando degli ottimi risultati a livello di sinusite e pulizia. Anche quando non te lo immagini li dentro si nasconde sempre qualcosa! Molto utile anche lo spray nasale.
non so se tutti sanno che in un vecchio libro di yoga era descitto il sistema (una specie di teiera per lavarsi il naso) quindi…nihil sub sole …

Ho provato di tutto per la mia sinusite 365 giorni all’anno,medicine ,dottori su dottori ,mi dicevano ti devi operare ,sar allergia ,sar il freddo l’umidit ecc ,premetto che pi di 10 anni che non sentivo pi odori di conseguenza il gusto,poi per caso inizio con questi lavaggi ed inizio col riavere olfatto-gusto ,anche se non al 100 % ma ora posso distinguere i sapori ed odori con del semplice sale … migliaia di euro spesi dai dottori per poi risolvere con pochi euro,continuer con i miei due lavaggi al giorno sperando di risolvere una volta del tutto il mio problema..
