Apart from plugging in my new CD DAB Amp and Turntable I have used the USB sockets to power LED strip lights to illuminate the shelving around the units and this has worked very well.
Perfect for sitting on my dresser where I need to plug in my lamp, hairdryer & hair straighteners and with the bonus of the USB ports it allows me to charge my phone and headphones at the same time! Neat and compact so sits well
I like the design. Works and looks well. Only complaint, USB is a bit slower than charging from mains direct. I didn’t I didn’t get it for that. So for me, I would still give it 5 stars.
I bought this after having a makeover of my dressing room, I didn’t want cables on display.
This is ideal to hide behind the tv as its so compact.

Purchased for use in our motorhome and very pleased with the unit. It looks good and provides 4 x 3pin sockets and 3 x USB slots in a compact form factor. I also like that it comes with a reasonable cable length.
I’ve tried a couple of different extensions with USB sockets and this is the best I’ve found so far. The cube layout seems to work well as caters for different shaped plugs/adaptors (though not all, depending on the adaptor types you have). The USB ports charge devices pretty quickly too.
I would buy again for use in my office, but ideally would like it to have surge protection (overload protection is included), which would make it 5 stars.
It’s more practical than one of those cubes that you plug into a wall socket and takes up less space than a regular extension. Convenient On/Off is lit so you can see it in the dark. USB useful (not tested). Built-in safety cut out and size were primary reasons for getting it. Good product.
I love this power extension it’s tiny and small ideal for more office space . It given me more room on desk. So have replaced my old extension cord. Love the usb on the top and power button. Very handy.
Great idea but it will cut the output if you plug in two plugs for charging one and using the other (i.e. phone on charge and word-processor or laptop in use). Not bad for indoor use. Worth the price. Recommended.
This lead has been really handy and its only had occasional use . Tonight i had my small usb fan in the lead and when i turned it off at the wall the fan was still going ??? Ive unplugged it and fan is still going , its not a rechargeable fan so im finding this a little weird that the cube is still powering when not plugged in at wall , i tested it by taking out the usb and it stops but carries on with the usb plugged in with it not plugged in wall. So now I will have to make sure nothing is plugged into it for safety.
I have it within reach of my bed so now I can completely click off the electric (cheaper to do this than keeping on standby) going into my television and ‘firestick which unfortunately does not switch itself off. Before I bought this I couldn’t get to my wall switch because it was too awkward . I like the heavy sturdiness of this product.

Only downside using USB ports to charge phone very slow to charge. If that’s one of the reasons you’d consider buying for expect it be slow or look at other device.
Problem developed with USB ports, enquired to Amazon regarding manufacturers warranty?
They contacted seller and within 48 hours a replacement is on its way (I get to keep original FOC)

Being used near a table, to plugging in devices when working from home, and it makes for a far tidier setup than a long strip and greatly. The orientation of the plugs around the cube really helps cable management.
In addition it includes some USB charging points we don’t usually use but its great to have the option.
Its well made and robust. Really happy with this over the last couple of months.
Fitted nicely in the small space where required. Works fine only comment if I had known there was a model with USB-C rather than all USB-A would have brought that instead…however very happy with purchase
This has sorted out a messy multi socket problem for me that had been driving me crazy..I’d got a mess of cable in the corner of my living room next to my sofa. This cube shape is so neat and compact, better than having a long strip shape. The on off button is great too. It also has an overload reset button thatvwill deploy if safety limit exceeded.
Nothing too bad just something worth pointing out.other shared chargers smoothly reduce the charge rather then cut and start again .The change over is less then a second. Perfectly acceptable.
I thought the top button blue light was convenient, but after a few days, the reflective blue lights on the ceiling started to annoy me.
My room is already bright enough with artificial lights coming through the room curtain and an alarm clock lights etc…. it is okay during the day, but there is a massive difference if you see the ceiling whilst in bed.. It should be a minimal tiny light.

Lovely sturdy cube with USB sockets to charge phone on the top. Uk 3 pin plug sockets on cube faces means you can plug in 4 devices as well. There’s a separate on/off button for use as well as the usual wall switch. Also has a cutout feature to prevent it blowing up in a power outage…
Definitely recommend this item for anyone who needs to keep several electric things running at once.
The only thing I found awkward is that the plug sockets are sideways on the faces of the cube which means I had to twist the wires at a difficult angle, it doesn’t affect the working of the thing though.
