I think this is my best buy so far. Its great at holding my phone whilst driving and does what it says in the description. Doesn’t fall out and when not in use its closed and cause its not so bulky it blends in with my dash board
It holds the phone very well and sticks to the dashboard very well too. I did clean the dashboard surface first with Isopropyl alcohol first to remove any grease. If you don’t clean the surface properly, then don’t expect this or any other mount of this type to stick properly. Very happy with my holder.
I got fed up of my phone going flying cos the holder didn’t stick and wanted something that would keep my phone safe on the dash, and disable if needed to use via a Sat Nav app. This sits perfectly on top of my dash, the lid snaps closed if no phone is in the case so it kinda blends into the dash. Been around plenty of corners, roundabouts and speed bumps and the phone didn’t move even slightly.
With no built in holder in my MG5 and a large rear view mirror I tried stick on windscreen holders which were no use and obstructed vision. Then found this dashboard option and love it. It’s such a close match it looks like it came with the car and simple but perfect to use.
This product is perfect for what I want it for which is using my phone as a satnav. It’s very easy to fit on the dash with the adhesive pad that is already fitted

This holder fits nicely on the dashboard of my Outlander without needing messy glue pads. It’s sticky enough to hold but not too sticky to be removable. The clamp grip is strong and keeps my phone/sat nav at the perfect angle to view as needed for navigation. One of my best purchases from Amazon.

The adhesion is not as good as my prior phone holder but it does an adequate job. As the claw part is thinner than my previous holder it does not obscure the bottom or top of the phone screen which is a distinct advantage.
Received the item and the quality of the item is excellent. Matches the dashboard of my car. Stuck on the dashboard and has not come off. Can easily insert a galaxy S9 plus with a case cover on the phone. The grip on the phone is excellent.

Used the phone holder on car dashboard. Holds the phone in a horizontal position only. Has a couple of position settings. Base needs a level surface to adhere to and for stability. Good quality. Arrived on time. Also find it handy and very useful as a hands free holder when busy in the kitchen and need to take and make calls. For my needs a good buy.
Very happy, only thing to be aware of is you need a good area of flat dashboard to attach, I have a Kia which is fairly curved so getting that was limited,
