These sensors have a large adhesive rim which means that after you have used the hole punch to create your hole, you just need to remove the red layer and adhere the sensor to the inner side of your bumper with the centre lined up in the hole. Finally the inner part of the sensor then has a screw mechanism to adjust the front of the head forwards to align it with the front of the bumper, this mechanism allows for different thickness of bumpers to give a proper flush fitting. Fixing sensors in this way mean that they are flush with your bumper giving the ultimate discrete factory fitted look.

I was a bit dubious about the product at first, all the manufacturers make big promises, but these really are very good.
My client wanted a factory fit look, so these were a no brainer really.
I really like the punch supplied, far better than using a hole saw.
The fact that the sensors are not hard wired all the way to the control box is a bit plus as well! If a sensor was to fail, you can just replace that sensor without having to pull all of the cabling back through the hole that should have been sealed!

I had to return them because my mechanic told me they weren’t suitable for my car because the bumper was sloped and the sensors would be pointing towards the ground and constantly beeping…he wasn’t a fan of the self adhesive pads eithe
I’m really happy with the finish of these sensors. The colour match is almost spot on.
You definitely need to take the bumper off to do this install. The inner part of the sensor can turn left or right to adjust make them a flush fit to the bumper.
I added some silicone to the fixings just to make sure they stay in place for the next few years. The adhesive pads were good though.
Really good flush fitting sensors. Touched up with my own vehicle colour and you wouldn’t know they didn’t come with the car. Just wish I had bought a pack of six instead of four, as the positions were pre marked on my bumper and could have had two on the corners. Only little fault was that the volume adjuster was broken off in the box so no adjustments can be made.
Very good product. Easy to connect up the electrics. I took the bumper off to ensure perfect hole cuts (use masking tape and dril a pin hole -2mm drill- to start the process). Check back of the bumper to ensure required clearance (Audi TT had reccess in bumper backing where factory fitted units would be installed – very handy to confirm the chosen location!). Also used superglue to ensure that the 3M pads stuck & also used glue sealant on the inner side of the bumper to add strength and secure the flat plate (do not glue the sensor to ensure replacemnet for the future). Make sure you adjust for the depth before sticking it on and maintain up direction of the sensor.
Unit worked with factory sensitivity settings & accurate distance gap for each sensor at solid beep. No issues to report and fitted 1 month ago. Do not rush the job, allowing whole day to get a perfect finish!.

Bought these to fit into my VW T6. The kit comes with everything you should need including a hole punch for making really neat holes for the sensors. These sensors are flush fit so that they look like OEM but this means that they stick to the rear of the bumper to hold them in place. You need to really clean with alcohol to ensure that they stick but even then I found that a couple of mine popped off due to the shape of the bumper. There are no spare pads with the kit (pity) but I did contact dolphin and they sent 2 replacements free of charge. If I was doing it again i would add some Tiger Seal (or equivalent) to bond them once fitted.
Regarding fitting to the car, this was really easy. Splice one wire with a scotch connector to the reversing light and the other to ground. Wiring complete. I then fitted the speaker up the C pillar with the supplied pad so that it was nice and audible when in use.
Works perfectly and for 50 and a bit of time is a brilliant addition to the vehicle
