Opens any can of standard size, or the slightly smaller canned vegetables. Particularly pleased it opens ring pull cans – just start the process opposite side to where ring pull is and it glides over it.

I liked how very easy it was to use. I use a lot of tinned food so to use this amazing can opener has made my life so much easier on my hands and wrists. You simply place it on top of the tin, against the rim, and press the button. The opener does the rest for you. Once the opener has done a 360 degree you simply push the button again to turn it off. You then simply lift the opener off of the can, together with the lid!! Wish I had bought one of these before.

This is the best battery operated tin opener I have ever used. Had a different cheaper one which lasted just 3 months then would not open the tin just keep sticking. But this tin opener is a game changer just pop it on the tin press the button and when it is done the motor changes to a lower sound and just press the button again and it stops. First time I used it I lifted the opened off the tin and said to my husband it didn’t work then I realised if you hold the tin and lift the lid it comes off leaving no sharp edges on the lid or the tin FANTASTIC! Now when my cat hears it going he comes running as he knows I am opening his tin of Tuna so thumbs up from him too!

Good colour. Can get the batteries out if there is a problem with it on the tin and you need to change them.
Put on the tin pressed the button it open the tin.
It was no more noisy than my previous one.

I have tried this on 4 types of cans. Tinned tuna: the lid came off but not with the magnet, it needed a substantial pull which left water all over, and the lid is too big to use to drain the tuna. A soup tin needed 2 tries but it came off with the magnet the second time. A tin of beans required a hard pull to get off but it worked fine. Bottom line, if you aren’t able to use a manual opener, this will help. But you might need to revert to the manual one for some tins.

I don’t have full use of my hands so if my hubby was put I didn’t open tins.
This is a game changer!! Absolutely brilliant, pop ot ontop of the can, press the button, or finds the edge of the can itself and just turns… genius!

My husband can use this at ease he struggles with original tin opener as his hands lock up most times with holding things so he as broken a lot of original tin openers but with this he doesn’t have to hold at all he just places it on top of the tin presses the button on top and away it goes opening it for him

It’s just what I was looking for. Love the teal colour and although it’s a bit noisy it cuts the lid without any sharp bits left. It take 4 x AA batteries and it attaches magnetically to the can, press the button to start and press again to stop. I’m so pleased I purchased it.

I’m starting to have issues with arthritis and someone suggested I get an electric can opener. Tried a few, unsuccessfully, then found this one. Perfect! It is sturdy and a great shape, easy to hold and quieter than most others. It opens cans in one go and leaves no sharp edges, which is a concern to me with the loss of feeling in my fingertips. Easy to clean and a pretty colour. Highly recommend to anyone with problems with grip.
