This is a lovely electric blanket, heats up very fast and gets very warm so I usually leave it on level 2 or 3. I like the timer too which helps with safety so it’s not left on for too long.
Bought for my beagle since she has arthritis and she loves it so much, easy to wash to on a 40 and dried on the line then hooked up the connection again and we are good to go.
It’s worth paying more for the next size up.
I have now bought around half a dozen of these for home and relatives. They are really well made and have both a good heat setting AND a timer. The only improvement would be a version that works in the car from he lighter socket since those available for the car are all naff by comparison.
Tips: To keep this more hygienic, you will be pleased to know this fits inside a pillowcase and this means I can just change it weekly to keep the product clean as I don’t want to wash the actual product.
PROS: good heat and comes with easy to control timer
CONS: wish the cable could be longer but I use it on an extension lead. Works perfectly.

I like sleeping in a cold room but hate getting into a cold bed. This heats up quickly and has a timer, as well as a heat regulator. Absolutely love it!

Generous sizing and easy functioning. Gives three temperature settings, which I usually keep at 3, and 4 different timing settings from 30 minutes to 2 hours. I find it ideal to keep it next to my bed so I can easily use it during a cold night. It has been one of the best purchases I’ve made this year and a lifesaver during the cold winter months. I love it so much that I’ve purchased two – Can’t recommend enough!
Got this for my mam as a gift and it’s amazing does everything as described and it’s very warm at even the third setting. Don’t know about the long term faults i’ve read about as she hasn’t had it for that long
I suffer with intense pain so mostly relying on meditations but on hot compresses too and there are the days where its hard for me to do hot water bottle because of my restricting body issues.
I come across this and not knowing how it works or affects I purchased it. its only short time for me using it but honestly I could not ask for more.

Where has this been my whole life? Came across this when shopping for post op items. It is honestly the best thing I’ve purchased in years. Heats up pretty quick, several heat levels, different timer settings. I’ve been using this everynight since I got it so far. Forget using a hot water bottle. This is what you need. Absolute God send.
Always been skeptical about heating mats. I needed on for my hamster and had no choice but to get one. I wish I had got the bigger one but it’s quality is very good. The highest temperature really does get quite hot. The soft outer material is better than expected, if I were to use it. I will be buying the largest one for myself being that it’s quite cold this time of year. If you’re considering a heating mat, I can’t speak for other brands but this wouldn’t be a disappointment in my opinion.
My only complaint is that the length of cord between the pad and the controller is quite short. Since I use it under the desk, I have get down there and turn it on every time it turns off, which is rather inconvenient; hence, one star knocked off.

As good as it might be for us humans, there is no denying our cat loves it and it is now hers. Set to level 2 for 90 minutes and she’s in heaven.
Use instead of a hot water bottle to warm up feet in bed. Really easy to use and great it has timer so don’t have to worry about leaving it on all night.

Previously used microwaveable ones for the occasional painful back strain but kept having to reheat. You can just plug this in (long lead) and set the required temperature, as well as for a set amount of time if you wish — then relax and be soothed!
I have a lot of back issues and when my son hurt his back I bought this. Everyone in my household has used it since I got it. It’s easy to use, reasonably long cord, good size pad that’s comfortable to use, I am very happy with my purchase
I use this as a heated seat to warm up my back while gaming as well as warming back when going to bed. (I am sure this blanket is meant to be used as blanket but ah well I like my method more)

Cons:
– automatically set to level 3 heat (too hot for me personally
– cover non removable, however it does say wash at 30, but no ironing or tumble drying (definitely not putting anything as such in water)
Overall incredibly happy with the purchase, as a sufferer with cold hands and feet I feel like I found my solution 🙂 (would be 5stars but non changeable cover is a bit icky)
Have bought these for years this was a good price works really well only thing I did not realise was that it is more rectangular than square I prefer the square one myself as I have a lot of lower back pain and the square ones are wider so cover more of the bottom of my back. This one is very slim.
I wouldn’t want to be without this small heat pad, it is excellent. I suffer with back pain and after about 30 minutes the pain eases up. I also used it over the winter months to warm me up
I’ve had a good few of these over the years but this one is the best one , it heats up really quick and boy does it heat up , I’ve saved a small fortune using this instead of using gas heating and I can heat my full upper body and sit back and watch TV glowing and sweat running down my brow .
