This is without a doubt the best home foot pedi I’ve ever purchased. Recommend to anyone with dry skin / cracked feet. I’ve used it once and my feet are like silk!
This is easy to use and leaves a fine, polished foot surface rather than removing great big hunks of dry skin, which I used the other file for (the one with serrated holes like a cheese grater).
When I used this one dry, the dust was so fine it got into my lungs so that wasn’t very nice. Now I used it wet.
Jokes aside, this is a great product. Used it in the shower for less friction and it does the job – my heels feel fantastic (v smooth)! Had for a couple of months now and still work just as good as new.
My heels have completely changed since using this! So so easy to use, don’t feel anything but the amount of dead/dry skin it gets off is amazing! I’ve used it so many times and it’s not blunted or reduced in effectiveness.
Was torn between this and the known brand one (beginning with S) and this is cheaper and works amazingly well, (can’t say it works as well as I haven’t tried the one beginning with S) but it works excellently. First I use a rasp (NYK) and then I smooth over with this and my heels feel like butter.
I, Like you, Was reading the reviews thinking is this really as good as people are saying? Shall I bother? OMG ITS AMAZING!!! I wish I’d have known about this sooner and not wasted money on other foot files over the years! It really does make your foot feel like glass, like shiny! So strange yet amazing. I’ll never buy anything else. You won’t regret it! I’ve had bad feet for years and constantly at work walking so my feet always need a file. This will be a game charger for me! And ive tried them all believe me!
I have been searching for a foot file that works effectively for a lonnnng time! This is the second time I’ve purchased this file and it works great as a tool regularly buffering the feet.
Wow. For real. I rarely leave product reviews but this is so worth all the praise. I don’t think I’ve had such smooth heels since I was a baby! The amount of old/dead skin that fell off while I gently glided it (and I do mean gently) was both satisfying and disgusting, but boy, did it work! A ‘pro’ tip – do it right after a shower, but not with dripping wet feet, just damp.
For many years, I’ve used glass pumice sponges (rather stones) to keep skin upon soles of my feet soft and smooth, but regular exfoliation throughout summer 2022 has allowed me to appreciate that Nano glass excels far above anything else I may have used to ensure that outermost layer of (nearly always) remains frictionless to the touch.
Considerably more effective when used upon wet feet as opposed to dry, I’ll use the nano glass file 1-2 weekly after submerging feet in an Epsom salt and apple cider vinegar infused foot soak for 20-25 (to further soften skin).
The ergonomic (computer mouse-like) design allows the file to be easily held in the hand so that usual ‘problem areas’ can receive incredibly thorough exfoliation.
The added bonus, compared to pumice stones which can buffer uncomfortably across the skin resulting in soreness and irritation, is that even vigorous scrubbing in all planes of motion with the nano file always feels gentle, with the results remaining evident both by the white residue (dead skin) on the surface of the nano file and the smoothness of skin afterwards.
Simply rinse under warm running water after moisturising feet and the file is good to go next time.
