Ich habe mir wegen anderer Rezensionen Sorgen ob des Knicks gemacht. Die Abdeckungen kamen gut verpackt in der Mitte sanft gefaltet bei mir an. Ich habe sie sofort flachausgelegt und in der Mitte Erhebungen bemerkt. Da ich sie deutlich spter installieren wollte, habe ich sie direkt nach Erhalt flach ausgelegt ca. 5 Monate liegen lassen. Dann ber die Lcke zweier Arbeitsplatten gelegt. Die Erhebung war noch da und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass dort Wasser (20 cm neben dem Waschbecken installiert) drunterluft.
Die eine Arbeitsplatte ist zum Abnehmen konzipiert. Habe dann beim Abnehmen immer die Abdeckung falsch herum ber eine Stange gehngt wie ein Handtuch, also dass es entgegen des Knicks gebogen ist.
Mittlerweile ist es seit 5 Monaten in Gebrauch und es funktioniert zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Mein Ziel war es, dass kein Dreck und Wasser in die Lcke gert und das ist bei mir der Fall. Nun bin Ich sehr pingelig, was eine Sauerei um mein Becken betrifft und wische stndig nach, denke aber, dass es ausreichend funktioniert ohne Nachwischen whrend des Abwaschvorgangs.
It only works if your stove is even with your counter, mine is not so they didn’t work for me. I gave them to a friend and she loves them.
I have to admit, I was scared to order these flexible silicone stove protectors.

I was so grossed out seeing all the food drop down the sides of the oven, I had to find something. I was sceptical due to the size of the gaps we have. Whilst these aren’t a perfect fit, they more ‘balance’ over the gap than actual fit into it, they work! I had to cut about 2 inches off each end but it was easily done. Easy to clean. Just need to buy another one for the back
Wow these are so great. So easy to wipe clean. Easy to trim to size neatly. Just great. I feel awful about the 2 years of crap down the sides of my freestanding gas cooker, and woke up one day thinking “what a great invention some kind of gap-protector would be” — anyway, of course it already exists. Very glad I bought. Btw, they’re quite wide so don’t look very aesthetically pleasing on my oven but better than the alternative IMO.
I was fed up with food falling down between the worktop and the cooker. The silicone covers fill the gap perfectly and are easy to cut to the right length. Delighted not to have to keep pulling my cooker out to clean the bits which fell through the gap onto the floor. Highly recommend this item and the seller. As described and delivered promptly. Would buy from them again.
Initially a little ‘fiddly’ to insert and cut to correct length but once that. was completed items have proven effective. They have helped to keep edge of hob clean and prevent small ‘bits’ dropping down the small gap between cooker and worktop. Good value.
We have a brand new house. I wanted to keep it clean. I though, why has no one made anything to stop food etc from falling next to the stove, and then I looked it up, and someone has!! I do not understand why I have never seen these before in my life.
They were very easy to install. They came folded/rolled but they easily stay flat. I was able to cut them to exact size with a regular pair of scissors. They cut smoothly.
I did notice a bit of static cling. In my research, another more expensive brand promised to have no static. This one seems to. However, no issues due to that yet. Disclaimer, the house is still new and only lived in for two days. We have not yet used the stove.
