This is a really good , simple and cheap device that gives accurate readings and is very helpful when checking if you need new tyres. I found this super quick and easy. I would drfinitely recommend.

Bought to check tyre treads prior to MOT test as was concerned after 3yrs if treads ok! passed test! but was wary of maybe having to buy new tyres in advance of test .
This is so easy to use. Simply just push down and it will show you the depth. Just so handy to have in your car etc if you ever worry about your tred .

As a rather safety conscious person, I thought it’d be good to periodically check my tyre depth.
Very easy to use, just put the needle in the deepest parts of the tyres across the central 3/4 of the tyre and measure the depth!
This is a great tool to check up on my tyres. The only issue is that the scale is quite fiddly to read. That’s not a major issue, but it would be useful to have one large scale in mm. I find I don’t need to use the inch scale, but maybe its useful for others!

This device does the job simply by design.
It takes the depth of the tyre tread without issue and accurately plus has a nice coloured gauge to stop confusion on what depth is legal etc.
Price for item was okay for what it does.
Do not see the item breaking any time soon, worthwhile purchase.
I very useful item that should always be carried in your car. The colour coding on the scale makes it easy to see when the tyres are reaching their legal wear limit; absolutely essential when considering the exorbitant fines that are ‘dished-out’ by the courts for not having the required depth of tread.

A cheap, but eminently usable, tyre tread depth gauge. The accuracy is debatable but it’s fine if you want to work out when the tread on your car tyres is getting near the limit.
Not everything needs to be digital, fancy or cost a silly amount. This is a simple product that does what it says. Everyone should have one of these and it takes seconds to use and read. No need to guess on the length of life left in your tyre, get this, know for sure in seconds.
This little tool allows me to regularly check my tyres and stay ahead of the game. It’s cheap and does the job perfectly. I opted for this over the digital one as I didn’t want the stress of false readings and battery replacements. Other reviewers had issues with the markings being smudged, I personally didn’t suffer from this fault. Not much else to say on this product. 5 stars from me.
As you would expect, this device is easy to use. Easy to read. As it’s small and lightweight and I just keep it in a small section at the front of my car. Very useful on occasions.
