Very pleased with the purchase. A quality product far better than the plastic versions. Had considered a digital angle finder but this one gives you info for making single or mitre cuts which the digital ones dont and is especially helpful if you have a mitre saw.

Bought this to help when fitting skirting board at work in a very old building. Getting the angles right saves a lot of patching up later. Achieved perfect joints with this. There are instruction videos on youtube if you’re unsure how to use it.

Last week I had to install some skirting in a bathroom, without the use of this device. I took me so long. I got this device for the next bathroom and it is the best thing that I have purchased. So accurate and easy to use. It tells you what you have to set your cutter to to get the perfect mitre cuts. Would highly recommend if you want a professional finish to you room.
Very well built it seems. Nice and stiff for turning so it will hold the position you set easily. The markings are super clear, they are printed on rather than an indent that’s painted so I’m sure they will wear with heavy use, but if it’s looked after, should be fine. Very happy upon first impressions.
My brother loved this angle finder. He had it for certain measuring and found it to be most helpful indeed. He loved it so much he is now going round his house measuring loads of angles. It’s one of the best xmas presents he had had.
I’ve done a lot of skirting boards and door frames and used a bevel. This is very much alike but gives you the angle to cut. Comes with a guide for other mitres you can comes across.
