Excellent, easy to use and looks lovely. There was no photo when I bought this washer but the same washer at the price I paid (427) at Ebay had 2 dents on the front of the machine, I thought I’d take my chances with Amazon as they have good customer services and I would have sent it back if it was too bad. Anyway it had a couple of light scuffs and small scratches on 1 side, you don’t see any damage when it’s slotted in under the bench though and it works perfectly. I am so glad I took the chance, thanks for the bargain amazon!!

This has been a life saver for me. I had an old and loud washing machine only and didn’t quite realise how loud it was until I got this one. It is almost silent! The ONLY thing I can say as a down is if you are used to 2 seperate machines it won’t be as fast with drying, but that is it! It washes and dries so well. I have over filled for the dryer and if it’s not crazy over filled, it still dries well. It’s honestly worth every penny! It even entertains my 4yr old with the light inside. All round amazing

This machine looks good, and it’s super quiet which is important for our open plan living room and kitchen . I had an expensive AEG washer dryer that I was never happy with for the last 6 years .The dry function on my old machine was awful it left a bad rubber smell and was noisy on dry with the constant pump. After just 2 washes I am impressed with both wash and dry on this machine and dried clothes came out soft and smelling fresh . The instructions are pretty bad and basic or this but thanks to other reviewers I have manually manged a wash and dry with perfect results and not too long . I love the light inside the drum , the display looks and feels good although my partner has stood by the machine twice already and turned it off, he’s now not allowed near it I was concerned about getting this brand but it scored highly in reviews on various sites. I think i was unlucky with my AEG and it was probably a faulty machine so lesson learned I will register the warranty for this and hopefully have no issues and it will continue to work well and quietly

5.0 out of 5 stars So far very impressed

See pictures for the crack the body structure had when we opened it. This type of damage should
come with a discount that we expect to receive but don’t know how to report it in writing. We have been trying out this machine in the meantime. Just done washing cycles so far and we are happy with the flexibility of changing programmes to our need and the quality of wash we are getting. Haven’t tried the dryer function yet.

4.0 out of 5 stars Slightly damaged item received

So stylish, and so quiet I forget it’s on sometimes.
A really big down fall is the dryer part, it takes forever to dry the washing I can have it on for 2/3 hours. And still have to put it on the radiator cuz there still damp. It takes hours to dry compared to my separate dryer I had before as it only took, 30/40 minutes.
I kind of regret buying it now, and it’s not cheap!

Great dryer and looks really good, very impressed.
It takes some getting used to vs the older style dryers and you also have to understand that it takes longer to dry but that’s how it saves energy which in turn saves money, the smart meter only added pennies.

Noise levels are good vs older condenser dryers.

It has simple programs which makes it quick to select and walk away.

It took some time to get use to the touch controls and to realise you need to hold your finger on the button a few seconds to power on or off the dryer, but good as you can’t accidentally switch it off or on that way.

Golden Review Award: 31 From Our UsersFirst, I’d like to state that I’ve read a lot of reviews before buying this machine and one of the most common complaints was that smart wash and dry never seems to dry clothes. I find this to be false. I’ve tried multiple different loads in the machine now, and what I find is if you wash sheets or towels or big think jumpers, the clothes don’t dry correctly because they don’t have the space to rotate freely and it all clumps together into a soggy ball. This is true just using the washing cycle too. If you put too many sheets in, it doesn’t spin them properly. You have separate these items out, but then the rest of your laundry will dry correctly.

Overall, the machine is very silent. The only noise I’ve experience is if you load 2-5kg into it, the water sloshing around can be noisy as there is not enough clothing to break or silence the fall of the water. I had to get up at 1am because it sounded like I’d left something in there that shouldn’t have been in there. The inbuilt light allowed me to see what was taking place and I could see it was the water making the noise. A+ for features there. My kids also love activating the light and watching what is happening inside.

Quality is amazing, the door opens and closes lightly, I don’t have to slam it to get it to shut and I can open it with 1 finger. It also comes with a handy guide that tells you how much electricity each cycle uses on average, the water it uses and also things like how much soap to use depending on wash size, as well as what kind of detergent (tablet, pod, liquid etc) is best for certain types of loads.

Another great feature is the Auto weighing. I can use most of the cycles and the time is always different because the machine figures out how long is needed.

One slight down side is the booklet doesn’t explain the modes very well. It describes “Cotton 20” as a cycle, which there is a mode for that but then it says “Cotton 40-60” and on the machine, there isn’t a mode for that. You have to select just “Cotton” not “Cotton 20” which.. I don’t understand why have those separate… But select “Cotton” and from there adjust the temperature. The booklet also doesn’t explain the smart wash and dry. Useful. Not going to down vote the machine for the booklet though, the machine itself has been a game changer for us. Weve all but binned our laundry basket. Stuff gets thrown into the machine, and in the morning.. fresh dry clothes!

So to start this machine is a good looking piece of equipment , I plumed the waste pipe into my sink so I don’t have to keep emptying the water drawer but if you don’t have that option the drawer is just fine . Quite a few settings but once you get used to it it’s all good , I use the high heat if I’m looking to make clothes a little better fitting especially for the kids and low heat for stuff that fits just fine .it’s pretty quiet and has a big drum . I got this as the closest colour to match my lg washing machine but now I’m thinking at some point to buy the matching washing machine , according to my smart meter it cost pennies per hour to use

I was worried I wouldn’t like it. Never heard of heat pump til I did my research for right dryer.
Chose this as I wanted a cheap running grade a on usage and also a condenser as the pipe out window wasn’t working for me anymore. Completes my kitchen nicely and has so many features! So happy

5.0 out of 5 stars Love it!

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersBought this to replace my old Bosch VWF2401 that I had for over twenty odd years. Glad I purchased the 8kg ‘HWD80’ Model, as any thicker would’ve been a problem to get through the narrow doors I have. Definitely a tad deeper than the 46cm stated in the product dimensions by at least 4cm.

All in all extremely impressed with this Washer-Dryer. Drum Noise is almost silent until its doing a heavy spin. Most of the noise appears to be from vibration in where it’s situated, so may even be a bit quieter once I use the sticky muffling pads provided. Speaking of the drum, the size is huge compared to my old one, more than enough to accommodate the weekly wash of a small family, let alone me on my own!
Dryer also dries the capacity as it should, I half loaded the drum and it had no problems on the Smart Wash/Dry getting my bedding dried. The dryer itself isn’t too loud either, can barely hear it from the next room. The interior light for the drum is also very helpful in loading and unloading, especially in low light conditions.

The Cycles are all of variable lengths, and all settings like Temperature, Spin and Dry Time can be changed. It is also possible to completely customise a cycle to whatever you are washing so you can really get what you want out of a cycle.
My only complaint; the touch screen buttons. It can be a bit temperamental and fidgety. Might be my big sausage fingers but it always seems to lack any responsiveness without pressing hard on it. Would’ve been nice also to have had some functionality to connect it to WiFi and run cycles from an app like some other brands have, but that’s not a feature I’m overtly worried about.

All in all quite happy with buying!

Easy to use and clean, low noise levels when running, does take between two to three hours depending on materials and load size but get desired results every time. Well priced too! 100% satisfied with this purchase.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWas not sure about paying the extra for a heat pump dryer but so glad I did. Much cheaper to use, reverse rotation so no more sheets etc in a big lump. And so quiet.

Golden Review Award: 42 From Our UsersI have just upgraded to this from a standard washing machine. Having never owned a washer/dryer before I feel like I’m now living a life of luxury and am wondering why I didn’t make this step years ago! It’s literally a game changer and time saver! I’m loving not having to put the washing out or swap machines!

I’m loving how energy efficient this is, it makes me want to use it over and over again and it doesn’t make me feel guilty using the dryer over putting the washing out!

The large capacity of 12kg is amazing, I can fit so much in the drum it saves me having to do as many washes a week plus it’s perfect for duvets and larger items too.

There are lots of settings so it’s great for many materials and on a couple of them you can manually change the spins, rinses, temperatures etc. There are 3 different drying options which I’m still playing around with-so far i’m enjoying the options and seeing the different results.

The machine is so quiet, it’s a godsend! My washing machine was quite noisy but I often don’t even know this is really on because it is just a soft background noise.

It looks modern and the lights are actually one of my favourite features as is the steam function, I’m looking forward to testing that out on stains! The LED lights are so snazzy and the light inside the drum makes loading and unloading so much easier, especially when I have to find something to take it out etc.

I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, not just large households. Just remember to take the transportations bolts out of the back before using it like I didn’t!!!!

You won’t be disappointed-i’m showing my age here but it’s my best purchase so far this year!!!
