Pleasantly scented, lathers well, soothes scalp and leaves the hair shining. I have get to test its efficacy on my psoriasis but have only used it a few times at the moment.

Highly recommend this if your scalp is suffering! Initially used for my daughter who has a dry flaky itchy scalp and has very thick hair, first use of this shampoo and the relief was amazing! Second use and her scalp is back to normal! Some months later I had shingles in my scalp and used this shampoo, was an instant calmer and soother on on my head! Honestly buy it if your scalp it giving you grief! It’s bloody brilliant!

The consistency of the product is thinner than ‘normal’ shampoos I’ve used. The nozzle does not pump so unscrewing the top and pouring the solution into my hands can be tricky but the product itself is effective.

I have suffered with psoriasis for a year now. I have used other Hermz products and never been disappointed. I tried this because it has hemp in it and I am pleased to say that it is making the itching my scalp go away. It’s also calming down the psoriasis after having used it for 10 days. I would highly recommend this product to anybody suffering

Bought after a bit of research about an itchy scalp, and within less than a week of using the problem has certainly improved. I have tried other well known products but although H&P is a lot more expensive it’s the one that works

I’ve been using this product for just over a week for my scalp psoriasis. After the first use the larger patches were gone. I still have some flakes but it does seem to be minimising it all slowly and it doesn’t leave me with a bright red scalp after use

Used the shampoo for the first time today and have to say that it is the first shampoo that has NOT left me looking like a cavewoman.

My scalp is not hurting, I haven’t felt like scratching the hell out of my scalp AND my hair whilst not ‘supersoft’ feels lovely.

I will give an update after a couple of weeks but for now, first impression is fabulous!

So I have had scalp psoriasis for almost 2 years and have tried everything under the sun to try fix it. Here is what I have tried:

Nizoral
T-gel
Biotin and vitamin D supplements
All natural shampoos with tea tree
Tea tree oil scalp serum
Tried not shampooing and only conditioner.
Went to the doctors and they gave me Betnovate scalp application.

I never excessively washed my hair, shampoo 3 times a week / conditioner every other day. Nothing worked.

That’s where this shampoo comes in. I decided to pair another product by the name of “Salicylic Acid Exfoliating Scalp Treatment by the INKEY” where you leave the formula in for 10 minutes before washing your hair. Wow do these products work, I no long have flakes falling out of my hair, excessive itchiness, redness of scalp etc. Has worked absolute wonders.

I will say, I have only used these products for approx 2 weeks and still do get itchiness occasionally and a little bit of dandruff. But no where near as bad, and it’s possible this might be fixed in the long term with the products. 5/5 recommended, just give it a try and perhaps try pairing it with the other product I mentioned!

I have spent 30 years suffering from dry, itchy, sore and even a bleeding scalp from Psoriasis, i have used everything available on the market and even on prescription but nothing worked, regular shampoos aggravated it and the flaking was embarrassing, i washed my hair and followed instructions, its important to do this, the results are amazing, my head doesn’t itch at all, no soreness, bleeding or discomfort, the best bit is, NO FLAKES, wow just wow, at last a product worth using, 100% recommend this to anyone who has given up hope, thank you

Bought for a very invisibly itchy sensitive head which I have had for years now I am aging. Scalp is dry and exta sensitive but never red or flaky. Used when my current shampoo stopped relieving the itching and kept me awake at night. Very soothing lovely shampoo and it works. Used 2 days after a very good quality hair colour which even so always upsets my scalp. The first shampoo didn’t work very well still itching in the night so I used 2 frozen gel pillows at night wrapped in a tea cloth. However my scalp settled down after 2 days, then completely, no itch and I didn’t need to wash it for 5 nights. My scalp and hair still looked and felt nice by then which is a first. Used 2nd time and no itch. Very pleased. Hermes are a good brand also their Psorin range is great.

I’ve generally used the healsporin shampoo from this company twice a week to try and keep my scalp psoriasis under control but I’ve always had to follow up with a sensitive shampoo and then a really intense moisturiser I was looking for something a bit different salicylic shampoo and saw the reviews for this version that also has hemp oil in it. Reviews for scalp psoriasis said it worked so I though hey let’s give it a shot.
I’ve literally just used it and it’s cleared most of the scale away after one use redness still there but I’m sure after using for longer that will look to improve also. My hair wasn’t super stripped like it was with the healsporin version either so that’s a win win!

Will be keeping it up and seeing what the results are long term but the fact I could literally use this one and then wear a black t shirt without having to worry about my shoulders being covered in psoriasis flakes is an immediate 5 star from me.

Got this for my son , arrived leaving and sticky so a lot was missing and it has leaked on other items but there was nowhere to let Amazon know they just had returns, I didn’t want to return I wanted to let u know it was damaged. My son has started using it the redness in his skin has gone down can’t say if it’s helped yet only used twice but I have it on repeat as nothing else do far has helped him

The bottle’s pump wouldn’t unlock, so I had to undo the whole lid to get any out. Not ideal.

The shampoo itself seems okay, but use sparingly, it’s quite strong stuff. My hair was okay afterwards, and it certainly helped my scalp, but next time I will use a conditioner so my hair isn’t as dry when it’s done.
Not sure how good this shampoo would be for my hair over several washes…not sure I trust it. My search for a good scalp treatment shampoo goes on.

This has helped my scalp so much! Really soothes my scalp after I’ve washed my hair. It also smells very nice as the coal tar products are nasty smelling and they strip my hair dye which this doesn’t at all. My psoriasis was very nasty before I started using this, bleeding inflamed scabs and so sore and itchy I could have cried. Not to mention embarrassing to have such a flaky scalp. I use this with a scalp massager to loosen scales before and during shampooing. I read a review that said this product leaves hair quite tacky which I agree it does but rinsing it off and applying conditioner solves that so its not a problem. I wash my face with it aswell to ease psoriasis on face. Will buy again and again!

I don’t know what kind of acids this thing has but while it works quite well for my psoriasis, it also destroys my hair if I leave it on for longer than 30-60 seconds. I actually thought my hair would fall of when I accidentally got lost in thought and left it on for a few minutes. It made it super dry and too grippy, when I tried to run my fingers through my hair, my fingers got stuck cause it was so grippy and lifeless. Almost like this destroys all the moisture and oil in my hair (That’s kind of why I bought it, but it does it a little too well)

Leave it on for 60 seconds, then rinse and don’t shampoo a second time. It’s effective as far as I can tell so far, but I have no idea what the long term effects of this thing will be for my hair. Feels like it’s removing way too much of its oil, at least if I leave it on for too long.

Will continue playing with it for a few more days and see what happens.

This product is amazing. I was slightly put off after the first couple of washes as my hair was left a tangled dry mess and I felt it was going to ruin my hair. Having persevered I now pat the excess moisture out and either use a Tangle Teaser or wide toothed comb to gently comb it out. I’ve found that what suits me best is to pat it dry, leave it to dry naturally, by which time most of the tangle has gone, and then comb it through gently. I’ve suffered with scalp psoriasis for years and have tried dozens of products, some by prescription and others off the shelf, without success. Because most of my scalp was covered with psoriasis I was also beginning to lose my hair. After just two weeks of using this shampoo my hair is now thicker than it has been for a long time and my psoriasis and constant itching have improved beyond belief.

I have had psoriasis in my scalp since my early 20’s, rarely had patches elsewhere but recently, I developed patches on my shoulder, left elbow, right calf, left inner thigh, shin, groin and my buttocks. Have been prescribed a number of creams none of which have done anything really.
I approached my GP for a new referral to a dermatologist as patches were becoming itchy and unsightly.
I started using this as a shower gel, all of my patches are virtually healed.
So happy.
My only issue is the packaging, it comes in a pump dispenser, you are supposed to be able to twist it to get it to work but I have been unable to do so. It is quite runny and therefore I end up using too much. Will decant into a soap dispenser.
