We’re happy with its cleaning and have had no problems with it in the few weeks we’ve owned it. I’m knocking a star off though because the door balance system was not working.. the door just wanted to drop when you opened it. I downloaded the manual and discovered that there are two hex-head adjusting screws, one each side at the bottom front corners. I had to turn them both inwards many times before they tensioned the system. Now it works perfectly. I guess our dishwasher was built on a Friday afternoon.
