The assembly instructions could be a lot better. They are pretty dreadful really, and the handbook comes with several additional pieces of instructions because I suspect there have been complaints about this. However Hyundai need to do this properly as the mower has been designed and built to a much higher standard than the instructions.
My mower started first time and gave me great stripes. It’s easy to use. At first the accelerator lever didn’t work…it was stuck on ‘slow’, but on a second cut a few days later it was working as it should. I think this is a great movwer and I’m very happy with the quality and design of the product. My lawn will love the cut too.
This was my second Hyundai mower, first one had an issue retaining fuel eg it leaked! However, resolved by returning and purchasing from Amazon, no problems so far used it for the past few weeks, no issues at all, I have large areas of grass and does a great complete with stripes.
Good fuel consumption, started first time every time …
Only negatives, it is quite heavy although should be a positive, because helps as a roller too.
Wash down feature is excellent too, so easy to clean …
Controls all very logical, has good speed adjustments too.
Cables can be a nuisance at first when removing grass collector.
I’m pleased with the new mower, one or two assembly issues, but soon sorted out. Lovely cut and stripe. Good starting, smooth running and effective grass collection. No warranty card was included in the box though?
loving my new Hyundai mower, arrived well within time stated, easy to assemble, all straight forward not too fiddly at all, free oil went in go slowly tho to get the right level , i put in the unleaded petrol , set the control to start position , pulled the cord and it fired up first pull, very impressive! purred like a kitten, cuts like a dream , picks up well and leaves a lovely stripe that will last to the next cut! and half the price of a Hayter ! kerrrching!
I needed a new “larger” mower, this in a impressive lawnmower by all accounts, simple to set up and i can cut my lawn a lot quicker given the blade width.
Arrived early from Amazon got it out the box built it up put the oil in and cut the grass. Took longer to get the cardboard box in the bin thankyou top machine
Haven’t bought a lawn mower for 25 years but on the demise of our last one, google called. After much research (being fussy!), I decided on the Hyundai; excellent price, easy to assemble, light weight (the wivey can use it too!). 5* all round.
The height adjustment is really good, no flimsy handle as on others a proper handle on the top of the machine.
Cuts really well and lovely stripes with the rear roller.
Easy to start with choke. Easy to menouvre and we like the two settings for running.
Easy to adjust height of cut.
Ideal for our large lawned area.
large box easy to empty.
