This the second time I’ve purchased this product, one for me and one for my daughter. It does the job I put my fobs into the pouch every night a cheap way to stop your car being stolen.
Does what it says but could be a little bit bigger so I can easily get all my keys in without squashing them in but other than that it’s grea
They are a bit on the large size but it will hold a decent amount of other keys on your key ring if need be, I got in the car and put the key inside the case and it didn’t detect key when pressing the starter button, so definitely does the job.
I bought a pack of these for my husband for Christmas after hearing of cars on our estate being opened up with an electronic device, accessing the car keys in the house. As far as I know they are doing a good job, although you never can tell really in these circumstances. I would like the pouches to be a bit bigger so that we can fit 2 car keys in side-by-side, you can just about do this though.
Very useful and it works by putting the keyless key in the first pocket and try to open the door and no signal from car key leave it in the pouch and car can’t be started. I give it 5 *
Works exactly as described, well made and smart looking. Works with ford focus keyless entry system perfectly. My daughter has a set for her Renault Clio over a year now and still works perfectly. Would highly recommend both product and seller.
I thoroughly tested the pouch, and each time it blocked the keyless signal – the car would not open, and using the pouch inside the car, the car would not start. Key has to be in main pocket of the pouch, as designed.
Decided to purchase one of these Faraday key pouches after seeing an article on Watchdog/the One Show – and sure enough a few days later my insurance company altered my policy. For a couple of quid, better to be safe than sorry!
Solid enough and certainly works when I tested it. Only bit of advice is to check sizes of these pouches. Our “key” is evidently called a transmitter now and is far bulkier than its distant relatives. Plus if you want to add a steering lock key to your keyring for convenience even more space is required. (Evidently they even nick airbags now to put in write-offs so agood steering lock can prevent this). This pouch manages well.
