Use mine unconventionally for coffee pods. Fits two to two and a half boxes of Nescaf pods.
Fits in with the decor perfectly.
Sturdy design. It’s got quite an unexpectedly heavy base – it’s not heavy but heavy-ish for what it is. Just means it won’t topple over.
Good price – would recommend.
Item looks great and bigger than usual which is good but it came damaged can’t easily put the item into its shape as the metal is very solid also worried the paint might chip not too happy:/
My kitchen utensils were overflowing my other holder. Someone suggested I bought a bigger utensil holder. Why didn’t I think of that?! Best purchase I have made for my kitche
This was perfect for our needs, we have a lot of bigger utensils and needed something with a lot of space, this does the job. It is sturdy and well-made, and even though it is bigger it looks very nice in the kitchen. Would recommend if you have a lot of utensils that need a place to live.
The width of this utensil basket is great, holds loads of utensils and they stand at a low angle so the whole thing isn’t too tall when full (important because it sits underneath some cabinets). Nonslip bottom bits, feels pretty sturdy and simple design that matches my kitchen with black metal details.
This replaces a pot in which I used to keep my utensils and when it came to cleaning the pot I was no longer using I realised why I was going to like this item so much better. It is very easy to keep clean because there isn’t that much of it and you can easily see if it becomes dusty or dirty. It is also easy to wash.
I like the styling a lot and think it looks good and modern on my kitchen side. I would just mention that I would have liked the bars slightly nearer to each other because it is a bit easy for spatulas and wooden spoons to slip between the slats if you aren’t careful putting them in. It is not a real problem and nothing really to bother about but it does irritate me from time to time.
Every kitchen has utensils so you need somewhere to store them. The easy solution is a utensil pot, it’s just a case of which one (or two or three depending on how many utensils you have).
This is a really good one. It looks sleek in silver. The design is modern, looks good and should fit all kitchen decors. The frame sides mean it is easier to clean than a canister with solid sides where you need to reach in to clean the bottom. The frame seems to be strong as I can’t bend it when squeezing tightly (albeit I am quite feeble), and it remained in shape when I accidentally dropped this. Also the gaps in the frame edges are not too big so most utensils should stay in the pot rather than slip through the sides.
The utensil holder is made of metal which is said to be rustproof which is a bonus and it has a scratchproof base. The base also has four thin coaster feet stuck onto it which help keep the holder on the worktop and prevent it from toppling over when placing utensils in it or removing them. The base is also relatively wide (15.2cm diameter) so this helps too with the stability, and it also means more volume to hold more utensils.
The only thing I will say is you have to watch yourself if you keep sharp utensils such as knives or forks in your utensil holder. Because of the frame walls on this one the points may stick out of the sides which could present a health and safety issue. In cases like this you may prefer a utensil holder with solid walls. Apart from that this is a great solution for utensil storage.
