It comes with European plug and adaptor…which it doesn’t say in description. Could have got it from Ebay carriage free if I had known it had EU plug. I wanted British plug to fit in socket and be able to close it.
Otherwise very quiet . The extra air release kit doesn@t stay on the pool so had to abandon that and leave it off, hope it won’t affect the running of it.
1. When you connect pipes you will get air in pipes. Unscrew top slightly ) this should do the trick.
2. Pipes from the pump keep raising the pipe and any air will follow up the pipe till you reach the inlet/outlet hole in the pool. (Sounds like a belch kids love the noise).
3. Stop using cartridges, there are balls that look like cotton balls. They are reusable and washing machine friendly (rinse first ). Less expensive.
If your pool is already green you are going to have to treat the pool and stir the sediment then rinse the cartridge after an hour or change balls.
Flow out isn’t as important as the sucking in.
I have a 3×2 rectangular pool it’s brilliant.
Just don’t expect to just plug and play.
If you have kids smothered in lotion or chucking your prize possessions in it.
Will need a little more attention.
Ps don’t over do with chemicals (not pump related)

Arrived nicely packed , easy to assemble , very quiet , after reading some reviews was a bit worried that it would be noisy , but I can hardly hear it , hoses are a great length so the pump can be situated well away from the pool . overall excelle
Purchased as a replacement for failed bestway unit, it has a better flow of water, but does does seem a bit louder than I’d like, hope it lasts longer than its guarantee.
Take out and hose down, makes sure you plug the inlet and outlet pool side with plugs provided before opening and removing filter.
Really worth investing in one of these. My children have had so much more use out of the pool, are in it most days and it stays at a lovely temperature for them. Make sure you invest in a stronger filter pump as the one that comes with the pool is not strong enough. Also a solar cover to retain the heat. Otherwise it’s like having the heating on with doors and windows open. Brilliant piece of equipme
We have it in a 3m x2m pool so we will see how it fairs! So far so good.
This pump arrived and works well however after watching a couple of videos on YouTube, I realised that mine didn’t look as powerful. The air valve also failed to remove all air out of the tubes so maybe this has something to do with it.
