I was dubious at first that this would be able to hold my phone especially with the condition of some roads I drive on. This far it hasn’t failed me and stays strong. I like the fact that as well as a single metal disk there is also a large rectangle that can be attached for the phone to make it easier when in a rush.
This is a good size magnet and the strength of both the adhesive and the magnetic itself are both good. I ended up buying extra ones for my kids and they’re handy for keeping your phone safe in the car while driving, somewhere handy for satnav etc. Recommended.
I have had these a few times over the years in different cars. all have worked perfectly fine. strong adhesion too. would say be careful on the surface you put it on though as some surfaces aren’t great.
So easy to install and use. No more clunky oversized carriages attached to your heating vents. Strong magnet and looks clean and minimal on my dash. Very tidy. Highly recommended
If the metal plate is stuck to the phone with a case placed over the top, the magnetism isnt as strong so can slip a little on bumpy roads but it would take a big bump.
Using with my iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro. Both hold up will.
Is small, really small and my phone is big and heavy. I thought I couldn’t hold my heavy phone, especially as it is my way of driving. But use the rectangular magnet, it’s bigger than the round one. And that was enough. The positive thing about it being small is that the surface where you stick to the car’s dashboard is smaller and if you don’t put your phone, you don’t even notice that the holder is there.
I use it to attach my phone to the dashboard for use as a satnav. It was very quick to stick and with the magnetic strip attached to my phone’s protective cover i can very quickly add or rrmive my phone. I put one in my car and one in my wife’s.
Found it easy to fix to my dash. You do need a section of smooth dash to stick it on. States 24hrs in manual left mine 5 min an it’s held my Samsung firmly ever since.
You get spare backings for both phone and holders.
With 2 different sized magnets for the phone these are thin and afix well to your phone. Definitely worth the money.
Great that you can change angle. Helps phone sit out from dash.
For the most part sticky enough but can come undone on my dash which has a slight uneven area. I’m sure it would be great on totally flat area.
