I had one of these for years and was looking tired so bought a different one that I was never happy with but was much cheaper. Just bought again and having compared I can confirm you get what you pay for. These are perfect and I totally recommend.
Good product, while expensive it looks good, it’s sturdy, its good quality, and it’s fit for purpose. So maybe I should say you get what you pay for.
If I had bought cheaper maybe all of the above may not apply.

This is a pretty addition to any kitchen. Quality appears to be very good (so far, one month since purchase), and saves space in its compact design.
The “why” is asking why other retail outlets sell this at 50% more.
This item is much better than I thought. While it’s cost is a bit on the high side (35-45) seems reasonable if you can get it at that price. All the utensils are good quality and I really like the storage tower, really compact. Also, there is a “notch” on the underside of the handle, half way down, this stops your worktop or chopping board from getting sauce or whatever your cooking on it. It’s genius! I’m amazed all utentils don’t have this shape.
Really good item for your kitchen. Other than price and my personal preference on JJs design, very happy.
Brilliant little kitchen utensil set with very useful tools for everyday cooking. I don’t understand why people say that these aren’t heat resistant, maybe if you leave them in a hot pan they may melt slightly but they are plastic, so what do you expect? I use these everyday and as a chef myself, I find them really useful and quite sturdy. I highly recommend them
Spoon and ladle are a good size and all are comfortable to use. Handy having them on the counter on a stand instead of rummaging about in a drawer. They do sit well with the weighted handles but if leaving them in the pan for any length of time need to remember to place them far enough in so they don’t tip ou
Very durable and attractive next to the cooker. The balance and shape of the utensils minimises food residue on the worktops, and they clean very easily. They are expensive at face value, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this item.
Bought as stylish alternative to my pot of tools. So far so good – tongs are lighter & shorter than metal types which suits my small hands. All work & wash easily. Dishwasher leaves spots on grey handles. All in all good quality but pricey as most designer goods are.
Great set nice and compact. Only a couple of gripes…. lacks a potato masher which i feel the clever people at joseph and joseph could have engineered out of the stand/added
The fish slice used once has lost its clean edge which im a little disappointed with but all in all its a set i can see lasting a good while
I love this brand and this product doesn’t disappoint. The utensils are great and the carousel feature saves space in a small kitchen. I have to give it 4 stars though because the carousel does not seem to be working well. I also have the knife version with a carousel from the same brand and that one is very flexible and easy to use. This carousel gets stuck and just doesn’t turn around easily. Still OK to use but would have been better with the same type of carousel as the knives’ version.
This is a great set and perfect for the intended use. Only reason for the 4 starts is that curry spices stain the utensils, and I can’t get them clean. This spoils the look of a great product.
good quality but even on the offer price i paid they are a bit expensive but not too bad a price i wouldn’t pay the full price for these at 70

These are items I would use often so I was really please. I ordered the classic range as it matches the items I already have however the opal looked lovely.The colours are lovely and bright which gives a nice modern feel. Each handle has the logo Joseph Joseph engraved into it, this adds to the quality of the product. On each utensil is a larger piece that sticks out so that acts as a rest so when you put in on the worktop it keeps it upright without touching, means less mess! The carousel is sturdy with long hooks so no problem with any utensil falling off. I put these through the dishwasher on a regular basis and this has not affected them in anyway. I have also purchased the knife block to match which I will review in the next couple of days. Understandably this brand is more expensive than most but I feel you get your money’s worth. Everything I have purchased from this range has lasted years and always keeps its modern and sleek appeal. I would definitely recommend this
