The Kärcher Rain System hose is a key component of the Kärcher Rain System. It distributes the water within the system. The drip nozzle, sealing collar and micro spray nozzle can be secured at the hose. The hose can be shortened as needed and extended using I-connectors or branched out with T-connectors. The hose is 10 m long. The pressure-resistant reinforcement mesh is free from cadmium, barium and lead, meaning it contains no substances that are harmful to human health. The weather-resistant anti-UV outer layer protects the material and the opaque middle layer prevents algae from building up inside the hose. The hose assembly is very easy and does not require the use of any tools. The Kärcher Rain System combines the advantages of micro-dripping and traditional watering, works at up to 4 bar pressure and features a 1/2″ hose with drip and micro spray nozzles.

The Karcher 13mm hose is a rubbery, flexible hose for micro-drip systems. It will bend round corners without kinking. It accepts most connections. It does not fit with the Gardena locking collar as the hose is too thick, fyi. Pushing in connectors requires some pressure otherwise.
For long, straight runs I have used other LDPE hose – which is much cheaper but will not bend!. Different hose for different purposes.

This is just one of Karchers irrigation components – it is one of the best tubing I have ever used in irrigation. It is pliable enough to place at various angles without springing back unlike many others – highly recommended
Is a black hose, used for overflow pipe for water barrel and down pipe. Does the job. Bit expensive for what it is as can get cheaper hose but wanted in black.
Also warming the tube makes for easier accessory insertion, i.e. when teeing in, but be sure to warm about a cm or so only as more than this makes it difficult to push the accessories in to the tube.
