Like some other reviews say, it’s a bugger to get on but 5 mins in the oven softened it up enough to make life easier, very nice fit once on and may get a second one for spare key, although not looking forward to a battery change
This is one of the best key fob protectors I’ve purchased . Only reason it got 4 stars is it attracts tiny pieces of pocket lint or dust you find yourself picking off
As has been said on other reviews, these fit like a tight fitting glove – but then that’s what you need, you don’t want the fob rattling around in them. The naked fob I can see getting scratched and with it being smooth felt like might easily slip out of my grip so these covers solve that and give a bit of padded protection too.
Fitting them over the fob was a (short lived) struggle, I found folding them over helped to pull them up over the fob (I should have tried warming them as others have suggested). Whilst doing so I triggered the buttons and unlocked/locked the car a few times in the process.
The only tiny negative is the nature of the material, which picks up dust and pocket lint. Makes them look, well, dusty and worn. Perhaps you may view that as an extra security measure (the fob won’t look like it goes with a shiny car say). It doesn’t bother me much but might you.
Looks well. Has a hole to show the vw logo,

Is very hard to get it on the fob. Took about 15min of pulling and shifting to get on completely. Not looking forward to changing the battery

Very good product protects the key – a snug fit might be a bit difficult to get on — warm the cover up first .
I held it next to a cup of tea I had made this made it so much easier to fit

These covers fit well and are easy taken off not as easy to get on compared to the 2 part cases. Oh, they protect your key if your into that sort of thing.
Slightly dubious when I bought 2 of these as there weren’t many options/alternatives. Safe to safe I’m really pleased with them. Tight fit, good quality and the non slip keeps my keys where they should be, and not slipping about. Would recommend to anyone considering these for the new mark 8 golf keys
Bought this for my VW Golf key as the key fob itself is a shiny finish (scratches easily!) It protects and fits the key very well, sturdy and looks good!

I bought this because the key for my SEAT Leon is constructed from shiny black plastic and is already suffering from scratches. Whilst scratches do not hinder the function of the key, I don’t like to see the keys to my car looking battered. The description was entirely accurate and the product was delivered quickly. If scratches do not bother you, this does stop the key from rattling against the vehicle plastics (Which are everywhere) if you are on a rougher road surface. One thing to remember, this is a very tight fit, so much so that it can be difficult to slide over your key, If this occurs for you, just use a tiny drop of washing up liquid smeared on the inside of the cover and the key will slip right in.
Protects the shiny gloss of the black key however worth noting it’s quite tight to get on the key so you have to persist and put some force to get it fully on but looks great thereafte
What is not to love. It fits like a glove. Yes – it is tight to install, but taking a little time, the fit is amazing! 🙂

Purchased this cover for my VW ID4. Fit is perfect and very well made. The item arrived quick, made of a soft velvet textured silicon. Does a great job of protecting the key fob.
Great product and protects the original VW ID3 Key Fob really well. The fit is snug but once on it looks great and makes the otherwise slippery fob much safer in the hand.
These also fit the keys for my new seat leon mk4, they are very smart allow easy use of the buttons and above all give great protection to your new keys.
