This is the best can opener we have had. When the can is open there are no sharp objects, and it doesn’t touch the can contents so doesn’t need cleaning after use

Really easy to operate, opens can without any sharp edges wish I’d purchased one ages ago instead of the crap ones that just spin on the tin and do nothing, get one you won’t be disappointed

If you are like me , you never managed to open a can with a traditional can opener.
This equipment right here is the solution.
I have literally never been so happy and stress-free when opening any can.
    Can’t recommend this enough.
Thanks you for changing my life

Takes a bit of working out because it is different to any opener I’ve had before. Lovely and safe both to operate and the end result. No mess/splashing/tipping. Fabulous

Can’t believe I’m actually leaving a review for a tin opener but honestly it deserves praise.

Yes its expensive for what it is but it does a great clean cut when you’re opening a tin, no sharp edges, flawless produc

I usually buy the expensive bonzer hand held tin openers for use at work, they generally last 8 weeks if I’m lucky. One of our chefs had one of Lantana tin opener with him and recommended it. Bought two (spare just in case) and was amazed by the product. 6 months later and the first one is still going strong! Definitely buy one…

It’s fairly difficult at first to get to grips with the use, but once you’ve mastered it, it’ll be the best tin opener you’ve ever had. I specifically enjoy the fact that it cuts around the side edge of the can instead of inside of the edge (if that makes sense?) although not great for draining tuna.

This is like magic, wizardry, witchcraft whatever you wanna call it science and years of research!! I have no lie broken 4 tin opens in the last 5 months I have tried all different kinds. I was told I am cack handed and that’s why they are broken not holding them correctly. Anyhoo thought I would try a posh expensive one (11.95 yes that’s expensive to me for a tin opener) the reviews were good but you can’t always trust them but I thought I would try it anyway and I am sooooo glad I did. This is hands down the BEST tin opener I have ever used! Okay so it’s a bit fiddly when you first use it but once you get the hang of using it it’s brilliant! I am saving up to buy a few for all my friends and family I know sounds strange but I would like to share this tin opener it is THAT good!!

Yep, wasn’t sure about this tin opener, read the reviews, though it maybe to good to be true, but wow, does exactly what it says, alot easier than the other ones on the market, no more having to open the handles to grab the tin, the close before cutting the tin open, then having to be really careful not to slice your fingers as you remove the lid, this tin opener leaves no sharp edges at all, absolutely fantastic. Can’t fault it at all..

The way it opens a can is different from the traditional ones. After you tried you will know. It can handle most cans and you need very minimal effort to do it.

This can opener works very well and leaves no sharp edges. The way it operates is different from most other can openers but it is easy to operate, once you have read the instructions.

Takes off the tin lid without edges.
I love this and the ease of use is 100%.
I am on a budget but I read the reviews and purchased it. I was not disappointed.

Wow, this cuts through tins so easily that we thought it was not working the first time we used it. It leaves really smooth edges on both the lid and the can. Very impressed

I was so impressed with mine, that I ordered three more as a gift to a friend and my kids. It is a joy to use, so much so that I even use it on ring-pull cans. Cleaner cut and less mess.

I never thought I’d see the day where I leave such a glowing review for a can opener, yet here we are.
Engineering is a subject of great interest to me and I have to say, this product ticks all the boxes. Durable yet lightweight, ergonomic hollow points, guard/guide rail, perfect operation of the cutting tool. Just 100% well thought out and executed.

Bottle opener is a plus. Just get it.

I reuse/recycle, and I use tins/cans for various purposes, such as making utility candles, pen holders, etc. I have spent much time and energy using pliers trying to fold down the sharp edges left by a traditional can opener. That method works fairly well, though I can never completely flatten all the sharp edges.

I no longer have to do that with this can opener. There are no sharp edges left anywhere, neither on can or lid. And the lid fits back on, so it’s removable/reusable lid. Genius! One of the best tools in my box now.

Truely best can opener I have ever had (I’m old so that’s a lot). Do read the instructions because it’s a bit different but extremely easy to use. Looks cool too.

The Lantana can opener is very easy to use. Leaves no sharp edges on the lid or top of the can.
Absolutely brilliant; why have we not heard of it before?
You should never buy any other type of can opene

This can opener is still working robustly after a year and opens cans reliably . It is not fully obvious that it is opening the can correctly when you first use it. It does though with just a single rotation of the can. We put them in our holiday cottages too as we were fed up with the normal looking ones breaking. These haven’t broken, but I have had to demonstrate how to use it more than once.

Fabulous product – opens cans easily and leaves no sharp edges. It also makes it easy to replace the lid, should you want to to pop it in the fridge. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

This is simply a better device than any can opener I’ve ever owned before.

The best feature is that, while easily washed if necessary, the blade cuts the SIDE of the lid, where it is curled around the wall. The contents of the can will, therefore, never touch ANY part of the device.

First used one of these when house sitting for my parents and thought was so good I immediately ordered one on Amazon to arrive home. No sharp edges, creates a lid you can put back on and super easy to use (once you figure out where to put it on the edge of the tin)

    Highly recommended gadget.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI love a kitchen gadget and saw the great reviews for this can opener, but how exciting can you really make opening a tin of beans…

The design is a little unusual and takes a bit of getting used to, but the results are amazing. You’ll find yourself opening random cans just to try and figure out how it manages to create smooth edges and a replaceable lid. It’s magic, haha!

I couldn’t go back to using a regular can opener now. I’ve been spoiled. So I’d highly recommend giving it a try.

Plus, customer services are fantastic should you ever need them.

    Simple and effective.

Like most of the openers which leave no sharp edge, you need to place it precisely and don’t rush the turning.

Try to go too quickly, and it simply doesn’t work, leaving you with a very poor impression on an excellent product.

I use it on corned beef tins without any issues whatsoever.

This is the best can opener that you will buy. It’s so easy to use, that you think it isn’t actually working. The handle turns easily with no pressure at all, that’s why you think it isn’t cutting. The fact that it leaves you with a safe lid to put back on the can is very helpful. This is definitely worth the money and you won’t be disappointed.

Buy it – it will change your tin opening life!

This is the best can opener ever. I implore you all to buy one and dispose of every other piece of rubbish you swear at regularly as it dents, squashes and half-cuts through can lids.

This slips onto the lid almost by itself, the turning uses no force whatsoever, and then a solid lid just pops off – with such a brilliant fit that it can be put back and seals the can.

After removing a lid – no word of a lie – there are no sharp edges… simply an astonishing bit of kit.

Had this product for quite a while now, I don’t usually leave any reviews but this can opener is probably one of the best ones out there. Had emails from seller both during and after purchase and it works to all there claims (even for a left hander), well made and comfortable and yes no sharp edges, would deff recommend

We have one of those one handed, battery operated can openers. Unfortunately, my wife prefers the manual type, but I’d thrown it away. I love the fact that with the electric on. there are no sharp edges, and you can put the top back on the can when you have some still in it for the fridge. This does exactly the same but ‘manually’. easy to use, no strength required.
At least we have a backup now if the batteries run out.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThe impact this can opener has had on my life has been immense. If a psychic had told me a few months ago that I would feel so strongly about a humble can opener I would have called bs. But alas it is true. Effortless to use, it’s more like watching a fine tuned ballet performance than a simple kitchen appliance. With every cut the edges are left as smooth as a baby’s bottom – hear ye! Hear ye! Let the people know! The days of cutting your fingers on the edges of cans hath ceased! Emotionally I have felt a shift in happiness within my general life, tasks I would have found daunting are now a simple walk in the park. It is simply a pleasure to use, these days I get extremely excited about opening my cans.

Overall, great can opener would recommend.

This tin opener is brilliant. Looks weird when you first get it but when you start to use it you will love it. I have had no trouble using it at all. It cuts completely around the tin which my electric one does not always do. No tin has beaten it to date and it leaves no nasty sharp pieces

I was sceptical if this would be worth the seemingly expensive price tag. It is!
It effortlessly opens just about any type of tin, from standard ringpull style, to large Frey Bentos pie type tins. There are no Sharpe edges and it’s so easy to turn. No more painful wrists or fingers after opening a tin. Can’t recommend highly enough. I usually have to buy 2 tin openers a year, because they break or go blunt. This one is just as sharp as it was when I bought it. Others would have failed by now. The price (12 I think) was worth it.

Just like all the other reviewers I struggled to belive this could cut a lid off without sharp edges. After a month without a can opener I struggled to find a non-ring pull can. It was worth the effort, it really does leave the edges safe. The only downside is evaporated milk but I have a separate can opener for that now.
Me and the wife are now converted sceptics, this can opener’s amazing or I wouldn’t have bothered to leave a review.

If your struggling with tin openers look no further Ive tried alsorts and don’t work but this can opener is a absolutely lovely product sturdy and strong and opens with ease as I have arthritis in my hands so this is perfect but also what’s amazing as it cuts the can open and there are no sharp bits so less likely to cut yourself and it’s smooth and then the lid fits back on top of the can if your not using the whole thing and can pop it in your fridge this is a must have in your home it’s amazing thrilled to bits and I very very highly recommend this product go out and get yourself one today you won’t be disappointed

As sad as it might sound I really enjoy using this opener! It’s a pleasure to use and does exactly what it says on the tinpun intended!

It leaves a perfect lid for the tin and no sharp or jagged edges to worry about, there’s no lip left on the tin body so it makes washing a breeze for recycling as well. I’m now saving tins for various craft and storage uses. If you leave the label on the tin and wash them out you can make mini hiding places for valuables as you can’t tell the tins ‘bean’ opened!

    Super pleased with my purchase

This is a really good tin opener. Glad I watched the vid/read the instructions, as it works a little differently to the standard tin openers I’ve had before, but the way it opens tins with a much less sharp edge around the tin is great. My old tin opener (and subsequent newer ones) had been struggling with some cheaply made tins of tomatoes, but this one has no bother with it at all. It might sound silly, but I was a little hesitant to spend as much as this on a tin opener. Howevee, I’m glad I did – I highly recommend i
