Trs bon produit qui perfore trs bien le cuir et le biotane sans aucune difficult, je suis vraiment contente du produit. Attention tout de mme la prcision de la perforation quand il faut faire des trous sur la bordure du cuir, la roulette ayant un lger jeu il se peut qu’il y ai un dcalage de perforation d’un ct l’autre du trou.
I got this mostly for the punch, I’ve been making key fobs and bags for gifts lately. The materials, effort, time, etc. that goes into them makes me pretty careful to use the right tools, take my time, etc. so I don’t mess anything up, because even fabric isn’t cheap. I had a shoulder bag I was making, but I thought it would look cute with a buckle that extended the length of the strap. In order to do that I needed to be able to punch holes in some pretty thick materials, some regular fabric with stabilizer, some leather. While I can get away with an awl for the fabric (grommets or eyelets will cover the hole) leather (even the faux kind) is unforgiving. I was using faux leather, but this punched a perfectly clean hole, no little bits on the backside that didn’t quite cut off, it was a full clean punch. I have some heavy duty hole punches (they wouldn’t do thick material like I was using) so I was impressed with this one.
These tools are heavy and well-made. The set comes with everything you need to punch new holes of various sizes in leather, as well as adding various styles, sizes, and colors of rivets. Everything works well and was a good value.
This CAMWAY Leather Hole Punch works great. I have used a revolving punch before but it was a long time ago. I made a sample piece and used the revolving punch to add a hole. I didn’t add a rivet because this was just a small sample. I will be putting this to use very soon.
The kit comes with a revolving punch, leather punch pliers (looks like a paper hole punch), and several colors of rivets. It also includes a ruler, a small screwdriver, a grinding rod (looks like a file), two replacement pieces for the revolver. It is a great set for beginners.

This is a handy set to have, and I keep it all in the sturdy box in which it came. Recommended.
Over the years in my crafting and sewing, I have come across the need to punch holes in items. I had a hole punch but instead of it making a circle, it made a decorative shape, so I didn’t have a way to make a small circle. So I was very happy to a round hole punch as well as this gadget for making different size holes and for inserting the rivets that were included. I do appreciate all the pieces and knowing that when I need to, I can now make circles and insert rivets. However, as usual these days, no instructions were included. I don’t know why the makers of items like these seem to think that we don’t have even simple instructions for making the best use of these.
This is so easy to use. Just dial to the right size punch, line up on the leather and squeeze hard. I’m really happy with it. It is good to have around for those belts where you may need to add a hole or two and makes that so very easy.
Couldn’t believe just how easy it was to put a new hole in my favorite belt. I used to create new holes by using my drill press. Unfortunately no drill bit goes through thick leather very cleanly, it always left a ragged edge around the hole. The hole left by the CAMWAY hole punch is perfectly round (you can make it oblong if you want) and the edge is cleanly cut. The tool is very heavy duty and should easily last a lifetime. Ant the best part is that all it took was one simple squeeze of the handle and I had a perfectly formed new hole in my belt. The handle itself is a soft grip material that is very easy to hold on to and it insures that your hand doesn’t slip. Takes a little effort to rotate the cutting heads but that’s necessary so the head doesn’t slip while cutting. The kit also comes with an wide assortment of leather rivets and the tools needed (except a hammer) to set the rivets. A nice addition to my tool kit that I wish I’d bought long ago. Highly recommended.
