I got this for my son who is obsessed with Ninjago Lego. He loves building and collecting the different cars so was really happy to receive this.
The set itself is easy to build with the instruction book and my son was able to build this independently.
Lego can be quite pricey anyway but for the size of this Lego I’d say it was what I’d expect to pay for this set. Would make a great birthday or Christmas prese
If you’re already into the Lego Ninjago series, or are just a Lego fan with a love of fantasy themes, this racing car kit is an absolute joy to put together and admire afterwards. For just shy of 30 you get a really substantial kit with over 300 parts to assemble. As such, it makes for a great medium-term Lego project to work on either yourself or with the kids, at great value for the assembly / project time you get out of it.
The kit hits the balance perfectly with original and more general individual bricks and accessories, so after it’s all done with, you’ll end up with some fun extra bits and pieces for your brick tubs. That includes four very fun Lego people, plus a bunch of other exciting additions like the neon blue exhausts. The fully-working axle and wheel set will definitely be repurposed into a few custom projects too!
As ever with Lego, the assembly booklet is a masterclass in non-textual instructions, all very clearly laid out so you’re never left guessing. It makes these Lego kits a godsend for hobby projects with younger and non-verbal builders.
All in all another themed hit from Lego. Great fun, good value, and good staying power beyond the initial build. Big vote of approval from us!

Ct minifigs sont prsents Zane et Cole dans leurs nouvelles versions saisonnires, un commandant et un chasseur d’Imperium. Petit coup de cur pour le commandant et son casque style scarabe dor, et la typo sur le torse, les jambes et le visage.
304 pices composent la vhicule et les aro-planches des imprium, aka un support permettant de les envoyer valser au loin lors des collisions avec le vhicule.
Concernant ce dernier il plutt russi surtout au vue du peu de pices le composant, et son assemblage est simple.
La couleur, les pices transparentes, et les touches dores lui donnent un look agressif qui convient parfaitement.
Ct jouabilit, abaisser l’aileron fait remonter les roues arrires, ce qui permet la spcifit saisonnire d’entrer en jeu. Sous le nom de pouvoir du dragon ce cache de petites boules colores, ici bleu-vert, qui sont montes chacune de part et d’autre de la voiture, avec une nouvelle pice les retenant parfaitement. Ainsi elle se transforme en une sorte de toupie, ou de voiture drifteuse ultime. C’est tellement simple comme systme pour un rsultat transformant totalement la faon de jouer, que a en est gnial.
C’est donc encore un carton plein dans la gamme des ninjas, surtout quand le prix s’adouct via les nombreuses remises.
My son is a huge Lego fan so was excited to play with this, he hadn’t heard of Ninjago but he is certainly hooked now! This is an impressive build with a lot of play options – it has 4 mini-figures which for a small set is great value and once built it is a working, moving car.
My 12 year old was able to build this himself following the instructions, though it was slightly more intricate than others he has but he fully enjoyed it and we’ll be buying others in the range to add to it. Recommended.
This is a great little set for any ninjago fan. It’s probably a tad pricey for the size of the build but the ninjago series has always been a bit more premium in price.
Regardless the build itself is the same quality you always expect from Lego. My 7 year old done it himself in about 20 minutes with the odd bit of help from me.
Once built it’s nice and solid so it can be interacted and played with. It also come with four minifigs which is great to see and adds to the long term appeal of the set.
Overall just more incredible Lego.
Lego, ahhhh lego, the best stuff in the world. Still as much fun as it was when I was playing with it when I was four years old lol.
I built this with the kids, its not a big set so it didnt take long but this stuff really is fun to use.
The ninjago stuff is especially well put together and as we now have quite a few sets of this stuff, these fell into play really well.
You cant go wrong with lego
We have most of the Ninjago vehicle sets and this one was definitely one of our favourites. First off it’s great that it comes with 4 characters. My son can’t get enough of them and understands all the different types of versions.
The car itself really looks great. The colours are perfect and it really does stand out as a special one. The orbs on the side looks particularly cool.
The set comes with 4 different bags which makes it easy to spread the making of it over four shorter sittings if you have younger children.
This says 7+ but my son who is almost 5 pretty much built this whole set himself. He just needed a slight hand with 4 or 5 steps throughout the whole thing. So if you have a child on the younger side of the recommendation I’d still encourage you try it.
My nephew is going to be soo excited when he opens this present he collects the Ninjago sets and doesn’t have this one
The good thing with getting him Lego is that him and his grandad spend time together building them they both love building stuff together so it’s like buying them both a prese
My son was absolutely amazed by this set! As a fan of Ninjago, he’s loved the spinjitzu elements and to see this on a car is amazing. This really is the main draw and unique part of this build, whereby the wheels can be raised and the car can spin on the ‘dragon power element’ balls on each side. They look quite cool and do give the car a very unique identity.
The build itself is pretty straightforward. There’s some complicated/fiddly elements on the car, but my 6yo son was able to figure these out with a bit of gentle assistance.
The resultant build is certainly something any Ninjago fan would be proud of! All the extra mini figures are a really welcome addition and add to the play value. The car doesn’t really have much else going for it besides the spinning function. It almost would have been good to see this enhanced further by the release of blades. Or even if the car had simple blasters. There’s an element of something very original here that I’d like to see Lego build up on.
Whilst I’m struggling with Lego’s price increases (and price to piece ratio), there’s no alternative in terms of creativity and there’s a lot of fun to be had here.
This is a brilliant Lego set.
Nice simple build, can be done rather quickly.
The spinning relates to the marbles being pushed down so that the wheels are off the table. Then you can spin it.
Its a bit of a gimmick, but different at least.
Still it is great to play with and is quite a robust build so can be played with by younger children without falling apart straight away
Just over 300 parts giving a good couple of hours of build time produces Zane’s race car that looks super cool with mini figures to compliment the play set.
Priced at just under 30 at time of review is a very good price and the finished build looks like it’s worth the money.
Whether you’re just a generic fan of Lego or particularly love the Ninjago series of Lego then this kit is sure to impress.
My nephew absolutely loves his Lego especially Ninjago so thought I’d take this round when we visited with my little boy who is aged 4 (nephew is 10) and they both had a nice time building this together and kept them occupied for hours.
I said that my nephew could keep this with the rest of his other Ninjago Lego builds as he loves to display his Lego in his bedroom and especially loves cars/models.
The car features spin and a back spoiler which moves and of course 4 of the characters from Ninjago.
The set arrives well packaged with the usual build instructions well detailing the stages and Lego now combine all of this with their website or app providing replacement build instructions should you ever lose yours and interactive elements for lots of their Lego products now.
Lego products are toys you can trust for high quality and using the best materials and this set offers the same high quality bringing better build skills to children and teaching them to follow instruction to achieve a toy they can play and interact with. I’ve always loved Lego for this reason that it truly opens up a child’s imagination and often found myself making alterations or simply creating something else from sets lol. That’s why Lego is always going to be a favourite amongst children and adults, there’s nothing more satisfying than putting that last block on and admiring your build then playing with it. I’m sure my nephew will get plenty of satisfaction from this set and imagine the next time I take my little boy round he’s going to want to build it again with him (I’ll have to pre-warn him first so he can take it apart lol)

This set is New from the Ninjago Dragons Rising T.V series. All 307 parts are complete with a few extras. All bagged in individual packs numbered from 1-4. My 6yr old grandson found it abit tricky at times, so it is definitely aimed at 7+. The illustrations booklet is fantastic with its step by step building guidelines. Making it an easier process. It took around 3 hours for my grandson to build but in half hour sessions as he gets frustrated easily. My grandson loves the new ninja car spinning function. It has 4 minifigures included. Amongst these are Zane and Cole along with different swords and ninja armouries. My grandsons imagination can run wild creating his own scenes. Lego is my grandson’s favourite, I have never had any issues with any sets I have bought for him. This one is no exception. It is fantastic quality that I have become to rely on. My grandson is never disappointed. This gets 5*+ from me. Lego is not cheap but worth every penny. Just for the interaction and stimulation of the brain my grandson and I get from building them together.
This set is a little different from some of the other lego vehicles we have built. There are two almost marble like balls that are held on each side of the car in a holder- these are apparently *dragon power*. You drive the car normally but when you want to turn you use a lever (push down on the spoiler) to lift the wheels which leaves the car sitting on the balls. The car can then pivot and turn whichever way you choose before you lower the wheels and continue driving. It includes Cole and Zane and and Imperium Guard Commander and Imperium Claw Hunter. These come on little hover planes that they stand on. A nice set to build and to play with.
This Lego dragon racing set has made my friends 8 year old son extremely happy, he played with it for hours building the racing car, figures and drones, an avid collector he thought this was great. For 7years of age and upwards this set would make a great gift, encouraging building and imaginative play.

Is a pretty wild design, as well as being a fun and unusual build.
WIth elements that will keep both kids, and adult Lego fans busy, and delighted, such as the cool touches of having an “Imperium Gaurd” element, and the fun touches with NINJAGO world figures, and weapons, as well as the action elements that kids will love.
Adults will enjoy the racing car element, as well as the aesthetic, which just looks cool from every angle.
I loved building this, as it was pretty challenging, intricate, and full on.
It kept my interest all the way through the build, and I absolutely loved the process.
When it was finally completed, it looked amazing, and I was pretty proud of the final result.
For the moment, it is displayed on my Lego shelves, along with some of my other favourites.
Whether it stays built, or incorporated into another build, we will have to see what other cool stuff Lego brings out.
Overall, this set is brilliant.
It is well worth the near thirty pound price point, and offers great value.

Son loves its. He loves the Ninjago brand of Lego since the Movie. This set features 4 characters and builds a sports car like vehicle.
The instructions are easy to follow and my 7 year can work on his own to build the set.
This is a great set for kids and even adults. The rewarding feeling of completing the set is great. This is a perfect gift aswell especially for people that love lego. Lego sets come in various prices and this is a great price for this particular set. As a lego ninjago fan you will not be disappointed.
The Lego car set arrived in a Lego Ninjago branded box, I love the Lego boxes they are always nicely designed and I can’t wait to get stuck into a build every time.
This set is suitable for ages 7+, there are 307 parts in the set and it will take an avid builder roughly an hour to build, it took my 10 year old son just over 1.5 hours by following the manual and using the app sometimes also.
The set once built includes LEGO NINJAGO Zane’s Dragon Power Spinjitzu Racing Car, 4 mini figures of Cole, Zane, Imperium Guard Commander, Imperium Claw Hunter, 2 hover flyers, a drone and plenty of mini weapons.
The set is based on the TV series of Lego Ninjago dragons rising and would be perfect for any fan of the series.
I like the car with its spinning feature that activates once the back is pressed down, this then allows it to spin on the spot using the 2 blue dragon power elements.
Overall, as with any Lego set, this one is fun to build and it includes lots of items to keep young minds active for hours, the set is nicely designed, colourful and looks great once built, thank you.
A Lego NINJAGO Zane’s Dragon Power Spinjitzu Racing Car Toy. The box is standard size for this range and price level. The car doesn’t take to long to build as it not a very complicated set. The instructions are pretty simple and straightforward.
This set consist of one car, four different figures, my eight-year-old was able to construct this set by himself by following the instructions.
The quality you would expect from a brand like Lego, the car can be played with after it’s constructed. I would suggest keeping it constructed due to. There is a few little tiny pieces that potentially could get lost.
Overall, a decent set from Lego would make a great gift, suitable for girls and boys not to mention grown-ups.

We used this as a little family project, something fun and different to do together, although this did get mainly done by my little one and my husband.

The item is based on the Lego Ninjago series, it already has a comprehensive assortment of additional sets available, meaning there’s plenty of future sets that can be added at a later date in order to build your universe.
The set includes four minifigures, these are always a welcome addition and in my experience these represent longevity in play value, sometimes even more so than the actual building of the car.
The racing car included here is slightly more fiddly to build than standard sets, this is largely due to many specifically manufactured brick shapes, it should be noted that this is intentional, as the set is aimed at slightly older children than standard sets.
Construction of the included racing car took me and my grandson around half an hour, we didn’t rush and I let him do the building but supervised for mistakes, he loved the fact that once complete it was a usable car.
It should be noted that these items once constructed also make great shelving display items for kids rooms, giving kids a feeling of accomplishment in the actual constructing and being more inclined to look after them as they constructed them.
