Got this to charge up mobile phone and iPad whilst in Italy for a couple of days. The house we were staying out had different 2 pin plug sockets. Luckily it fitted in one of them.
This is such a great adapter incorporating 3 USB ports. It really cuts down on the number of adapters that you need to take with you and a number of products can be charged simultaneously.
Provided you have a shaver plug for use in the UK, you can use this anywhere! It has a USB c plug socket and 3 other USB sockets and good for use in Europe. Charged fast, very convenient and you could charge 4 items at once, including a normal 3 pin plug item. Cleve
This product is a no nonsense way to save you time and stress when travelling. It works in every European country I’ve visited and saves me having to stress about finding charging ports
I bought this adapter as I was going to be in Turkey for 3 weeks. I was super happy with it, charged all my devices with zero problems. I would highly recommend this adapter.
Ideal travel adaptor especially if you are short on sockets in your hotel. Charged our phones & watches and still able to plug in mosquito repellent in hotel room with limited sockets.
Great for home use (in Europe), or if you are from UK or a country who uses Type G connection and is travelling just to Europe.
Decent adapter with multiple USB outlets, does the job seamlessly but limited options if you are travelling outside Europe.
It’s an ideal adapter for European trips with the added bonus of having multiple USB sockets so you have the option to charge multiple devices including your earbuds and the same time.
The only disadvantage is that it does not come with multiple world adapters so it is limited to use where European sockets are installed.
It’s well made too.
I took two of these to Iceland for my holiday -one for me and one for the kid. I’m glad I did. The hotels we stayed in had no usb sockets and in fact, they had hardly any sockets at all! This allowed us to charge all the devices ready for the next day. The only downside is that it is a bit chunky and heavy. I wish the pins folded down so they don’t stick out when you are not using it. However, the most important thing is it worked perfectly.
When the USB-C plug was the only one in use, the power seemed to keep cutting in and out – my phone switched from charging to not-charging every couple of seconds. Bizarrely, it would occasionally work properly when another device was plugged into one of the other USB plugs.
Edit: the company reached out to me (despite it being 2 months after purchase) to replace my faulty plug with one that seems to be working perfectly. They also gave the option of a full refund if I didn’t want a replacement. Very impressed 🙂
Sadly – the quality of this adapter was not up to the usual standards – I have a UK version which has worked well for over 2 years but this French version didn’t last a week on my first trip – luckily I bought a replacement French one from a nearby mobile phone shop.
Update – Company reached out to me and very quickly replaced the product – Bella in their Customer Services was a star. I’m putting this down to a one off as my UK version has lasted ages – it’s actually a great adapter – USB C + 3 x USB + 3 pin plug socket.
