Very well designed and manufactured, roomier than expected and after months of usage has proved itself to be worthy of my 5 stars. Insulation is excellent and keeps items cool for hours even in high temperatures.

The bag is huge and just what I needed! I’m a pet sitter so transporting food can be a pain so I got this bag so if I need to do something before the pet sit I don’t have to go back home to pick up fridge stuff. I haven’t checked but I think I could have a 2 pint bottle of milk standing upright so it won’t leak everywhere, and I can fit other food that doesn’t need to be refrigerated so it’s all in 1 bag, which makes life so much easier! Overall I’m happy with it and the only thing I would change is having a more solid base so it’s easier to keep things upright etc but that’s just my personal preference, I do like that it folds flat so I can leave it in my suitcase when I don’t need it.

I got to use this pretty soon after purchase when visiting a food fair. I travelled for 40 minutes each way and was there for about an hour. It was comfortable to wear and unlike many bags it keeps things upright so food doesn’t slip and slide around. Lighter than a cool box. I added a freezer pack but it would have been fine without despite the very hot weather.

I will be using it when buying refrigerator and frozen food (obviously pizzas wouldn’t fit). But again it’s great for stopping refrigerated ready meals from sliding and turning sideways making them messy to open.
