I was looking for a full size keyboard to replace my logitech G Pro since I needed the numpad for blender… this keyboard fits all the recommendations and much more! That extra USB port behind is very useful. I use it for my little fan when it is to hot.
The sound of the keys are as normal as it could be for a mechanical keyboard and the rgb light, you can customise it within logitech software.

Good points – lighting great, programmable keys and can vary light intensity; Keys press/sound very good, whole keyboard solid alloy and sturdy. 2 yr warranty; Logitech service very good
Poor – keycaps are not fully illuminated so cannot see shift key options; symbols on keycaps wear at alarming rate so regular use in gaming will soon see key letters disappear!! – and this is a ‘gaming’ keyboard. Had mine replaced under warranty. Advise getting spare key caps – ‘Glorious’ mech keycaps ISO fit.
Still an impressive keyboard with good Logitech support available.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat keyboard, very responsive, love the LEDs, it’s just a shame that the keycaps aren’t a bit more wear resistant, considering it’s a gaming keyboard, the standard WASD movement keys, SHIFT, CTRL and the edge of the spacebar have worn through, needing replaced. I expect this from cheaper keyboards, but I’m sad that an expensive keyboard from Logitech isn’t a bit better.

Even though I’m reviewing this a year on, this is the wear pattern from less than 4 months from new.

4.0 out of 5 stars All round great keyboard. Shame about the keycaps.

Solid keyboard, great tactile keys. I bought this to replace the 415 non rgb version – tactile keys are good, rgb lighting excellent, software easy to use. My only gripe is that they scrimped on the cable – the cable on this (that you cannot replace) is just a very standard plastic/rubber and not the nice braded cable used on the non rgb carbon version. Still a good keyboard just a bit disappointing as (because of the USB passthrough ) is a fairly thick cable. However good value.

The keyboard only has small left shift button available, please be aware, it is not identical to the previews. That’s all the issues I have with this keyboard. I really love the full sized version and I guess this will not difficult to get used to.

5.0 out of 5 stars Smol left shift butto

Brown switches are great for gaming and working. Keys easily come off when needed but never come off accidentally. LEDs are a little lacking in a light room but very vibrant in the dark. Logitech’s software is pretty good.

Coming from a logitech g413 that i’ve used for 3 years, this is in pretty much in every way an upgrade, very similar keyboard it just feels a tad better overall.
The only issue i see other people mention is the fact the bottom symbol on the number keycaps and the signs ;’ etc are not illuminated, can’t really say it’s a problem for me its truly barely noticeable and doesnt bother me at all personally, even in the evening or on low light room can’t say i’m bothered at all but maybe its just me.
Other than that can’t find much negative to say, obviously its very early on, literally first week, but I’ll update if it gets worse. First time i had gx brown switches also and they feel pretty good i like them, coming from normal romer Gs i think.
Again, If you’re hunting for a keyboard and looking at your options i feel like this is a very solid option, just go for i

This keyboard is great quality – excellent feedback from the keys, a little ‘clicky’ for my liking, but it’s not intrusive or distracting. The problem I have is that my Alienware laptop has very few USB ports, so having a pass-through port seemed a great idea so I could plug my mouse into the USB port on the keyboard and save me a slot on the laptop. Nooooo .. you can’t do that. There are 2 USB cables on the keyboard, 1 for the keyboard and and another for the ‘passthrough’ port. They say it’s so the passthrough port has full power etc, which I can see is a good thing but reduced the benefits for my purposes. Had to buy a powered USB hub as well – which of course results in more wires, another socket taken up etc.

its a good keyboard, only downside i notice is that the backlighting only shows through the main symbol on the key, so if you’re in the dark you won’t be able to see alternative keys

I went with the brown switches, they’re not too loud which I like. The colours are bright and vibrant. And the keyboard itself is a good weight. It’s not slippy when on the desk. Very good value for money.

Product is great, what you would expect from the brand. That’s why I would give less than 4 stars… but there was no packaging at all!! The original packiging of the product therefore was scratched and slightly damaged. As this was a gift it was quite a downsize of the delivery. I understand the reducement of the packaging but getting non at all??

Having had a cheap “gaming” keyboard before this I can honestly say this is the best keyboard I’ve ever had. It’s a solid build with its beautiful brushed aluminium face. The clickity clack of the keys are super rwposnive and satisfying to the ear.

Paired with the appropriate software too the custom setup of RGB profiles makes it awesome.

I honestly love it and soon will make it my wife
