These make for superb lights just outside your front door. If you have the wiring in place, it’s a super easy install and can be done by anyone with a drill and hammer. The lights look fantastic, are a nice brightness, and generally give a lovely ambience to your home.
Overall, these are lovely looking exterior lights for a great price. Would highly recommend!
This is the set exactly I’m looking for, easy to set up and come with all the accessories it need, it’s controlled by the switch not a motion detection, so check before you purchase. Light is water proof and can change GU 10 light bulb easily. Beautiful light set to have for the porch door.

These were very easy to install – well, at least I did not hear my hubby swearing when he was fitting them in. LOL. I absolutely love the effect they create, and whether on or off, these look fab. We have had so much rain lately, that a few months of use can equate to a couple of years, and there is not a spec of rust yet…so a good sign! I only do not like one thing, but it is my fault for not checking what I am getting – these will come on in response to motion sensor being set off and the light do not stay on for too long, so if you wanted them to be a decor item on your property at night, think twice! LOL
Other than that, these are worth every penny. Definitely recommend!
These lights not only look stunning they are also very practical with their motion sensitivity so will pick up any evening visitors so do think where you place these.
I placed 1 either side of the from of my house so i always had light driving onto the drive and 1 by my front door.
Do think carefully where you place these lights as the motion sesnitivity will pick up everything including your neighbours walking past.
Great value for money if your looking for something discreet for a motion deterctor, the fact they look stunning in their design is just a bonus if you like classic design.
The lights themselves are water/wind and frost proof, very well made with great materials and the stainless silver materila used really do give the impression of expense yet these 2 lights offer great value for money

Summary
A stylish and functional outside lamp with a nice stainless finish.
Mounting
I mounted the lamp high above the front door, as this is where the power cable is. the issue I had was the motion detection was too sensitive and picks up cars going past our house. There is no angle nor sensitivity adjustment and therefore it does what it does!
Light
It emits light from both the top and the bottom of the lamp with an array of LEDs at each end. They are not replaceable, but I know LEDs should last for many years so I have no issues with that.
Mounting
This was easy. I used one of the existing holes and drilled another little hole for the other wall plug (supplied). I think it took me all of around 10 mins to mount.
Value
I really like the finish. It looks great outside our house – modern and efficient. At the time of writing, 47 may be a little steep, but I have not seen one like this before.
I put one of these up in place of the old light to the right side of the front door and it looks lovely!
It was easy to install with instructions and wiring diagram provided.
The stainless steel finish looks classy and really adds to what I’m trying to achieve with the front of the house.
The warm white is a nice subtle colour to illuminate the front door and the number to our house.
The price seems very fair for a pair of well made and very effective lights.
I never used to turn the light on the front of the house, now it’s one of the first things I do when it gets dark. 5

Once installed, this looks great on the wall, giving a nice splash on light up and down, and the motion detection works great.
Installing was ok but not the simplest, the bolts are difficult because you can’t get a socket set to them, so you need to use an actual spanner.
It’s only IP44, so it needs to be installed somewhere that’s protected from most of the elements, under the soffits seems to work fine though.
Nice looking pair of external LED lights. Good value for money at a little over 30.
The stainless steel looks great and they emit plenty of light up & down on the wall.
The light is a 3000K warm white, which is pleasant in the evenings.
I have installed these outside by patio doors and they look great. They are finished in a shiny metallic style and were straightforward to install with conventional wiring. I have used led bulbs and the units work absolutely fine. They don’t give off much heat, but that will be mostly dependant on which type of bulbs you use.
They give of a gentle cone shaped light radiating up or down from the unit. Having 2 of them in the pack really helps to create a nice ambience in my garden.
They feel well made and are waterproof, I would hope that they will last a long time.
Delighted with this light. It looks smart and modern and the light from it is so warm and welcoming. The cover to the PIR seems a little flimsy but I wont be fiddling with it as the settings seem fine. Dont know how easy it was to put up as by sheer luck I had an electrician in the house the day after it arrived but he didnt seem to have a problem with it.
Great value lights, very stylish very nice design and modern. they have motion detection so are good security lights and easy to install, they are stainless steel and salt sprayed to last to stop them rusting so they have a 5 year life span and they are weatherproof.
This outdoor wall light, with motion detection, looks great and gives off the perfect level of light – no blinding, but we’ll illuminating. The motion detection works perfectly and is a nice way to see what you’re doing if placed on a porch, or to light up dark corners.
Fitting is easy for anyone with basic electrical skills. It is a bit fiddly though, so extra time needed to compensate for what is a straightforward fit might be a little irritating for some.
Overall, for what you’re getting, this is a really good value wall light. Recommended.
I saw these either side of my neighbours garage and decided to get some myself as they look really nice at night.
The benefit of the lights is that they come as a 2 piece which makes them great for either side of the front door or patio for extra light, as well as making the area look more inviting.
The cases are stainless steel making them feel strong and robust however I did notice a few marks on the lights on arrival (see picture). It didn’t bother me too much as I knew they were going outside anyways. The light comes out from the top and bottom of the case and gives a nice warm glow.
I found them easy enough to assemble taking about half an hour to put up each light correctly. Thankfully they come with screws and wall plugs needed for installation.
All in all, I feel they’re good outdoor lights for the price for a pack of 2.

This is a great set of contemporary looking up and down lighters that are easy to install and look great on the entrance to the house. The casing is brushed steel and they are rather bright so much better than my old light! (they are also LEDs so don’t cost much to run).
My only negative is that the lightbulbs are non-replaceable so when they go you’re going to need new lights. I can see why this is the case, it is presumably to allow for appropriate waterproofing, but it would have been good if they could manufacture in a way to replace bulbs and extend the use life of these lights.

This is as classy as outdoor lights get for the price you’re paying. A really beautiful little stainless number that illuminates at both ends to give a nice little bow-tie-like effect with the lighting area. Excellent to upgrade those ghastly old lantern types and gives your outside area really swish-looking modern lighting.
I used this to replace an old existing security light, so the cabling was already in place so no need to faff around routing new cables and drilling masonry etc. Installation was a breeze, just a couple of wires, nothing too daunting and hey presto!! Fix it all up to the wall and you have a beautiful and very responsive external PIR light. All the settings are easily adjustable, pir lux lumen easily accessible from a front panel to get your own preference just right, not too dim and not too bright. In fact, just right, I have mine in the back yard situated so it’s looking over the dining area and it really adds a classy element. 32 quid very well spent for anyone looking to upgrade or even for a new installation. Top marks Lutec 5/5
Duo pack of nice external lights. My only worry is how long they’ll last as they feel light in comparison to many I’ve held. They still look nice on and you do get both for the money with the fixtures. Time will tell.
They are stainless steel up and down lighters – you can have one on either side of the door – but i have put one on the front of the house and one by my back door.
I did have to get an electrician to fit them – it was easy enough as he just removed the old lights and used the wiring on these.
They look lovely – good quality stainless steel and give off a good amount of light !

very nice, classy and elegant lights for your front door. very easy to install too, with lots of room inside the mounting to work and good length cables. took about 10 minutes in total to install. was hoping they come with bulbs but they don’t. look a lot more expensive than they are
We needed a light on the front of our house so opted for this due to it having a built-in motion sensor meaning it comes on when anyone comes close to the door.
The light comes boxed with fixtures and LED bulbs pre-installed.
We had an electrician install it and he set it so that it’s always on the motion setting, or if you click the light switch the light will stay on permanently. I did ask for his comments on the quality and he said it was as good as any other similar ones he’s installed.
The light illuminates the house beautifully and we’re really happy with it.

This outdoor wall light has a wide motion sensor. It uses led bulbs and is nice and bright – top and bottom. It’s simple to install and looks fantastic. You get everything you need to install it. It has replaced an old ornate light easily.
This is an elegant, smart looking PIR light suitable for outside.
It is nicely made with good fittings inside.
I tested it on the bench to find out any wrinkles.
Once out of the packaging I proceeded to check the installation instructions.
Slight problem number one ~ the little domed nuts holding the outside fitting to the base plate.
East to start unscrewing but tricky to remove as the body of the light is very close.
This was OK on the bench but could be tricky on a ladder above gravel ~ one drop and a long search could be on. Putting them on is harder as the bolts have very little wriggle room to get the domes nuts on.
If I was on a ladder I would spread a large cloth on the floor under the ladder, just in case I drop the nut.
Thoughtfully they include a spare domed nut in the fittings kit.
Problem number two ~ the mains connection block in the body that gets screwed to the wall. It would be easier with flexible cable rather than the usual lighting cable with a solid copper core ~ less flexible and harder to to manoeuvre in a small space.
First thing was to remove the electrical block, a screwdriver underneath and lift it up carefully. This makes getting the cable into the holes easier. The cable needs to trimmed to size with enough to fit neatly inside the block. Holding the press down lever whilst putting the cable in is awkward and difficult with the body bolted to the wall and difficult with it fixed to the wall. There is little space for spare cable in the fitting. Putting an in and out cable would be impossible ~ so no daisy chaining your outside lights.
So while this is an attractive light, fitting it is awkward and especially so on the top of a ladder. If this sounds like you could install it knowing a few wrinkles then great get one, but if you are a a bit nervous about wiring it maybe get an electrician who is used to wiring up lights.
This light looks really nice. With a bulb pointing up and down it gives a lovely effect on the wall. The light has a built in motion detection and auto powers of after a short time so save on electricity. Easy to wire up (if your into diy) with quick connection crimps already attached to the fitting, simply screw the plastic case to the wall, hook up the power then press the light onto the screws. Two nuts hold the light in place. It’s well made and looks great very happy with it although I did think it’s a little on the pricey side especially if you want to have several along the wall of a pathway it will quickly add up but compared to others I’ve had the quality is slightly better so I can’t complain too much.
Was easy to install. It hides the wires well. Was easy to programme by turning the small white screws under the sensor. It gives off enough light to light up the door way but not bright enough for a security light. Comes on as you walk up to it and you can change the range of this. It’s led and low powered so saves money. There was a bit of blemishing on the metal but nothing that you’ll notice unless I pointed it out. Cheap and cheerful and does the job well.
These lights are great and look stylish on the outside of the house at night, but you obviously need more than just one, so it could end up being a bit expensive.
The casing is stainless steel and feels well made and durable. The light itself is quite bright and gives off an inviting feel to the front of the house.
I can’t comment on installation as I had a family member do it for me, but they didn’t have any problems
All in all, it’s a good outdoor light, but for the price of 32.99, which was the cost at time of writing, I would have liked two, as you’ll need more than one to add some symmetry.
