Is your product toxic or chemically based? We only use 100% natural Peppermint, Spearmint, Tea Tree, Lemon, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Clove, Cinnamon, Citronella, Cedarwood, Rosemary and PMD extracted from oil of Lemon Eucalyptus in our product. It contains no toxins or chemicals.
What happens if I get it on clothes, carpets, or cloth? Once diluted in accordance with the usage instructions and used as a spray our product will not stain or damage these items.
What science are your claims based upon? None… we just know it works because we use it ourselves. That’s how the product was created many years ago 🙂
Is your product safe around children? You should always keep essential oils out of sight and reach of children. As our product was originally created because our kids really hated creepy crawlies, once dilute to the usage instructions and once old enough, you will probably find your children using it themselves. Our kids certainly have had fun spraying their windows and places where spiders may be hiding!
How often do I need to use it and how long does the small last? Because our deterrent is aroma based you should maintain the aroma in the places where you are trying to repel pests or bugs. We find that spraying once or twice per day, renewing cotton wool balls weekly and occasional oil burner/diffuser use is effective.
Is your packaging recyclable? Yes, all our packaging is able to be recycled with normal household recycling.

Having bought 750ml ready to spray bottles from other companies in the past this is much more economical as when diluted it makes at least 10 times that amount (i.e. the equivalent of 10+ bottles for the price of one). The clear instructions make it very easy to dilute. It therefore saves masses of plastic waste. It smells good and as an experiment we sprayed some on a wooden beam in the garage near (but not on!) a spot where we knew a massive spider lived and within a minute we actually saw it moving out (suitcase and all) through a gap in the corrugated roof at the back of the garage. We keep it away from the friendly spindly cellar spiders though and encourage them to live in a few areas of the house like under the bath because although they look delicate they hunt out the big house spiders too!
My first order didn’t arrive with the spray bottle (had probably got lost in transit). After leaving a review regarding this the seller contacted me and without me asking them to they posted out another spray bottle. Excellent customer service. The product makes the house smell lovely and touchwood I’ve not had any spiders in!!
Smells nice and seems to be doing what is needed. Do need to keep reapplying as not sure how long it lasts but don’t want to take a chance by not doing i
The smell is nice (it has the same smell as the anti-mosquito spray ), but I don’t know yet if it works against spiders. Might be that it repels spiders just because it repels their food (the mosquitos)?
Not used it yet but my previous one worked well and it smells very similar. I’m sure it will be the same. I like the fact that the bottle is small but diluted it makes so much.
