It’s razor sharp, zests well, the guard is awkward to replace but does the job. Pain in the arse to clean, but comes with the territory. Great quality and value, recommended.

I am very happy with my purchase. Zests away the citrus like butter and grates hard cheese so easily. Better than Microplane since doesn’t have a huge logo on the handle. Like it & Recommend it.

Had it for a month. Well designed and made. Very effective sharp zester/grater for small quantities. Doesn’t clog. The shape keeps it rigid. Cutting surfaces angled one way make it super-easy to clean with a wipe the other way plus underneath. An easily-detachable and remountable cover keeps it safe for fingers in a draw. A simple but well thought-out product. Fond of it already…

have tried numerous zesters over the years but have struggled to find anything as good as this. specifically bought for fruit zesing but discovered how good it also is for graring parmesan keeps fingers safely out of the way plus has plastic guard for storage, amazing how simple thigs done well are sush a delight.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI am very pleased with this purchase, it arrived just in time for me to test out when zesting a whole series of oranges and lemons for a Christmas pudding recipe. The handle was comfortable to use and it was SO much easier than using the zesting section on the grater that I have had for 30 years!

I am very pleased I made this impulse purchase after it came up in the ‘you might also like to consider’ section while I was researching something else that I needed. The Amazon algorithm worked well on this occasion as it has already saved time and protected my fingers!

This is the best zester I have found. The fruit is held underneath and the zest comes out on top so you can see if you are going too deep into the bitter white layer beneath. The zest collects together in the U-shaped channel, rather than scattering as with a normal grater. Also it is easier to see if you have missed any patches.
Care is needed with cleaning as the blades are very sharp. A cover is provided for when the zester is not in use

Bigger than I expected and comfortable to hold when I’m doing a whole block of parmesan. Arrived in no time and can be hung up on my utensil rack too which is a bonus!
