This is one kitchen gadget that will get a lot of use. Used this chopper to produce a high volume of sliced/diced veggies in very little time. The cuts will be consistent, and you have several options to choose from depending on what kind of cut you want. I was able to slice mushrooms, a bell pepper, and an onion in 1/4th the time it would normally take. I was dreading the whole ‘cleaning up’ part, but since this tool comes apart you can be sure every nook and cranny is cleaned properly. Using this is actually fun. I look forward to getting a ton of use out of it in the future.

Dicing carrots, onions, and celery was a breeze with this tool. Its user-friendly design made both usage and cleanup a simple task. I found it more efficient when positioned on a lower surface, as starting on a higher one while atop a cutting board compromised my leverage. Note this consideration for optimal performance.
