The mobile phone is easy to use very quick on response. It’s looks very modem and stylish. The customer who purchased this phone is very happy.

The sound on the phone very clear and the loud speaker is brilliant and functionality how it should.

Love this new phone, my old one was just so slow. So on looking for a new one I went to Motorolo and am not at all disappointed.
The phone is fabulous just what I wanted.

I bought this phone for my mum, who needed an upgrade. As she had a Motorola I thought it best to buy another.
It was so easy to transfer all her information and data over to the new phone using google, the instructions were clear.
The phone is a good size and has a clear screen, it is easy to navigate. There are several tunes and notifications to use.
Overall a good value phone.

I was after a phone with a full version of Android. And indeed the description states the phone has Android 13. However what is not mentioned anywhere is that it is the Go edition. That is misleading. It also means that some features will not be available to me. However, for what it cost it appears to be a decent phone. At least, so far it starts much faster than my previous phone which also was a ‘Go edition’ (which could take up to a minute to start up even from early days).
AI camera? It shoots when it detects someone smiling. Hardly a new thing.
I can’t find any way of turning on Dolby Atmos. This may be another restriction of the Go edition (which again was not mentioned)
If having all the features of Android is important to you (such as NFC and Google pay) then this phone isn’t for you.
Slightly disappointed I didn’t get what I thought I was. But as I said above its a decent phone and I can’t be bothered preparing it for return.
Forgot to mention it also doesn’t support Android Auto which is another disappointment for me.

Works well. Quite heavy. UPDATE. After a few days of setting it up then a few weeks usage I’m not so happy. It kept losing contacts then doubling the list.Losing backed up chats. Loading any website even installed Google and its apps are so slow. All caches have been cleared. no junk files, evrything up to date but I have to keep powering down several times a day to get proper usage. the camera editing facility is basic at most.Another gripe is that the mini USB is a different size to anything else I use so will be cumbersome when travelling. I think I will be reverting to my Motorola E6+ even though it’s been for a swim.

Very quick phone for only 2GB of RAM. I like the fact you can use two sims and a micro SD card all at the same time. Beware no NFC or fingerprint scanner but you cant complain for a 75 pound phone after all your getting Android 13 .

As above nice clean phone not marks or scratches.
Seems to work well, but doesn’t run the app I need it to run.
Bought it to run a 3D scanner app but two are not compatible 🙁

This is a lot better than my Motorola moto E30 . This E30 has more on it than my ols phone, so i had to learn a bit from using it but im up and running and all is great. A lovely phone to use.

Have purchased a number of these for drivers to use in our company. Very impressed with them and the value for money. No problems downloading and installing the apps needed, set up was very easy and you can copy or restore from another phone.
No Face or fingerprint ID, just a pin number, but that suits as I just wanted something easy to use and easy to manage.
Battery life seems very good
Sim tray pulls out and has space for two sims plus what appears to be a memory card slot
A more than adequate phone for most users. Definitely a good phone for those that just want a good quality and simple smart phone. I also am not so worried if one is broken or lost, at the price of these it is as cheap to buy a new one instead of worrying about repairs.
Motorola a good brand, nothing backstreet about them.
I also purchased wallet style cases from Amazon at 5 a time so the phones are protected and drivers can also put their fuel cards in the slots provided in the wallets.
Nothing not to like.

We both one for our daughter as her first phone she is just 11, we are happy all working as it should absolutely fine and after a month we both second one for my son as he found it more reliable than his Samsung Galaxy.

If you want a ‘budget’ phone that looks and feels like a model twice the price then the e13 is for you. I bought this for my son as his first phone for high school and he loves it, set up was a breeze the same as any other android phone, runs all the apps you’d want and plays games like Pokemon Go and Mario Kart Tour no fuss. Absolute bargain.

Until now have just had basic phone for calls and texts. Pleased with this one as it is very easy to use. Like the facial recognition and keyboard easy to use.

In 2023 to be able to get a decent entry level smartphone at such a low price is virtually non-existent as you usually have to compromise class and quality for the price you pay but that is not the case with this beauty. I bought this phone solely for gym use as I didn’t want to risk taking my usual high end super expensive Samsung each day. It had to have to allow the scanning of my entry code to the gym and this phone seemed perfect. I have given you a variation of shots so you can make your own mind up. In the first shot you will see the elegant white shell type exterior which has a premium feel to it, despite being so cheap. It is lightweight too which is a bonus. The video I have uploaded is to contest the lack of speed someone had mentioned in their review about how slow it is. The searches I do on this video is using my Virgin Media WiFi connection at home, but even on RWG mobile which piggybacks off EE or even Pure Gym’s guest WiFi connection, I didn’t have any speed issues. The other picture is really just to show you how incredible the picture quality is. It is hard to believe you can grab such a bargain for less than 100 and it is a 2023 model. Now onto the only negative I could find (but it is a big one for me.) As mentioned earlier I had purchased this phone purely for gym use and one of the things I needed it for was to pair up with my Samsung Galaxy smartwatch so I could keep track of my daily steps, heart rate etc and see the results in real-time on the app. Unfortunately no matter what I have tried I cannot get any app to work that is compatible to achieve this. I am gutted (which is why I have given this review 4 out of 5.) For making/receiving calls, internet connectivity, taking pictures it is great but for the lack of this app working, it fell short of being incredible. But I wouldn’t let this dissaude you. It is still a beautiful phone accessible to own on an extremely low budget. Highly recommended…

If you’re needing an entry level smart phone for your wee mammy this one’s the job descent size screen for the old peepers plenty of internal memory but it’s no as if your mum’s going to be jumping about with 3000 tunes on her phone but she can found it cheaper on here than Argos and the best price if found elsewhere was pretty much the same but you get it quicker with prime which is still a rip off lol fiver a month Amazon please we know how much profit you make there’s also an audio jack if you like earphones with a wire
