Arrived in a large box and must be two person lift. It was very well packed and secure packaging.
The unit is already assembled and just needs unwrapping.
Its a comfortable seat and nice to relax in. If im being picky the glass cover has a warning not to be in direct sunlight. Strange for a peice of garden furniture.

Bought this seat after a lot of time considering it because of the cost, however very pleased with it. It comes fully assembled, all you have to do is put the cushions on! It is very comfortable and well made. The cover is good quality. Mine arrived with some scratches in a place where they don’t really show so not too bad, but that’s why the 4 stars.
Amending this review 24/7/23, as after 2 years the cover it comes with has perished and now tears very easily. I have asked to buy a replacement, only to be told they don’t have any. Very disappointing. Am buying a new cover from another supplier.
This piece of garden furniture is very nice. It comes fully assembled and although the box it came in was slightly damaged the furniture was fine. I’ve had it about a week now and am very happy with it.
The only slight problem was that the 2 to 3 day delivery time was actually about 7.
The supplier was very good at communicating with me via email and tracking provided was accurate but unfortunately Palletways distribution wasn’t the quickest, although when it did turn up the service provided by the delivery driver was very good.
Would I recommend this furniture, Definitely, it’s just a shame that although bought through amazon it’s not supplied by amazon but if you don’t mind that then it’s well worth the money
