How to use the Pizza Peel?
1. Combine the handle and the aluminum paddle with bolt and nut, firmly tighten the metallic screw before use
2. Spread the flour, cornmeal, or milted wheat bran evenly over the pizza peel so that the pizza dough slides easily
3. Place onto a baking sheet or pizza stone quickly, before the dough absorbs the flour
4. After baking, take the pizza or bread out of the oven using pizza peel
5. Loosen the screw and turn the wooden handle 180° for easy storage
Pizza Peel Tips:
- Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers. Not dishwasher safe
- If moisture remains, wipe it off with a dry towel before storing
- Do not put the pizza dough directly onto the peel without sprinkle flour
- Do not leave the pizza peel for a long time in the oven to avoid the wooden handle from burning out
- Do not slice the pizza directly on the peel, it may damage your knife blade or leave scratches on the peel

The handle makes it so easy to pick up the pizza to put it into the oven and take it out when it is done (no more sticking). Just remember to put some flour underneath!!
I use the 4-in-1 tool to slice the pizza and use to pick up and serve the slices. If you feel fancy you can use the cutter to slice the pizza as they do in pizzerias but it is also good to cut the dough evenly into sections before rolling them out.
Also have found that a lot of the pizza peels don’t have foldable handles so was happy to see this did as it is so much easier to store away!
However the listing looked very professional and thought to take a chance. I am super thankful I went with my gut, as this is a great buy!!
Very impressed with the quality, the accessories are great especially the multi function one (didn’t know I needed this until now!!!).
Also the peel, it is actually foldable and works well. What a difference that makes for storing, plus it’s very sturdy.
