Can’t beat a pop up tent to take to the beach with you on a hot summers day.
This tent is great, it is compact and pops up in seconds to create a nice shaded area. The material is breathable thanks to the mesh panels and also offers some uv protection. It’s got built in sand bags to keep it in place and also comes with pegs.
Just wish it popped back in the bag as easily as it comes out, I always have this struggle with pop up tents.

Perfect for the family at the beach . Gave us somewhere to sit in the shade with the babies , the mesh sides allowed a slight breeze through the shelter and it was a lot cooler inside as well. Also very lightweight. My only gripe would be the instructions to pack it away weren’t great and it took a long time to work out how to put it away.

It is very compact and nice knowing you don’t have to carry this massive bag when you go down to the beach or even to a park. It pops out easily without too much hassle at all. It is slightly more difficult to place back in and it takes longer than I was hoping it would take to get it back in the bag.
Overall I am happy with the product but instructions could be easier when it comes to folding it back up.
As mentioned this pops up without any hassle, it feels like cheating compared to our last shelter which was a standard pole construction, however it isn’t quite as intuitive when putting away and every time I’ve used so far it’s taken me a few attempts to pack it away… That’s probably down to my failing memory though and doesn’t take away from how good this little shelter is.
It’s nice and light and packs down into a smaller form factor than others I’ve seen so very easy to walk to the beach with. Probably worth mentioning that you don’t have an option of zipping up the front if you need to get changed etc so not overly private really, unless there’s no one in front of you I guess. They’ve included pegs to secure it down on those windy days which on our beach is most days.
A great little shelter all in all and nice if you fancy a little snooze in the shade.
This is easy to put up simple pops open but as with most these types things it’s lot more difficult to put down and back in bag after few swear words and sighs of exasperation my daughter decided leave up in garden sheltering it in shed during thunderstorm This is lot bigger than expected and all 3 granddaughters and dog fit.It’s great for shade from sun and also for tea parties
Really good design. Very lightweight – only 1.15 kg. It is securely packed in a circular plastic case with carry handles, so it is easy to store and transport. It is so easy to easy and break down again – much better than a windbreak if the wind is a bit chilly. Also a good size for the two of us. Highly recommended.
I just used in this hot days and is amazing, like all easy pop up tends is abit complicated to close it back but soon went used couple of time is easy to folding back. Raccomanded

This is a really cool idea, can be used in many areas, holidays, but definitely is perfect for my garden, the size is a bit bigger than I expected.
Is lightweight and portable, it is not very difficult to open and close but can be a bit tricky sometimes.
I like the colour and protects from the sun.
This beach tent arrived very nicely and compactly flat packed in a circular bag.
It’s soo easy to carry with its carry handles.
The quality of the tent is well made and sturdy. I love the bottom it covered too , keeps you sand free on the beach.
It’s portable and not very heavy, ideal for travelling.

I am not sure why this is called a beach tent, a tent has 4 sides, this is a shelter as it only has 3. I didn’t want a tent though, so I am more than happy with this being a shelter. I just think they should change the wording of their advertisement.
It was unbeliabably easy to set this up. Just take it out of it’s bag and boom, it’s up. You stake it in the garden, or weigh it down with something if using at the beach and you are good to go. Perfect shelter from the sun and wind and a nice bit of privacy too. I use it in my garden, I sit in and read while my cats come sit with me so that they can be outside without the risk of overheating in the direct sunlight.
I like that there is a kind of ground sheet that goes out in front of the shelter so that if you do decide you want to be in the sun you can sit on that rather than in the shelter. It’s the best of both worlds.
The only problem I have with it is that I just cannot close it down and put it back in its bag. It is definitely not a fault of the product. It’s me, I have never had any success with closing anything that ‘pops’ up. Fortunately my husband is much better than me so he can put it down when necessary.
This beach tent is a nice idea and is easy to pop up, it doesn’t have a front cover, so I would say it is more of a wind shelter than a tent. I expected it to have a front which I could pull down to keep my son safe from the sun.
When it comes to putting it away, it is a pain. It is so difficult to fold it up and get it back in the bag, I ended up just putting it in a carrier bag to stop me swearing.
Provides good shade in the garden, my son loves it, but I think it would be better with a front and a better sized bag for it to go back into.
This beach shelter is very lightweight and practical, we just had to throw it in the area that we want to place it and the tent was ready. It came packed in a bag that we can take with us anywhere and it doesn’t take up much space. In the package there were 6 floor pegs and 4 sandbag straps which helps to keep the tent still in cases of strong wind. The material of the tent is thin but with spf50 which protects you from the sun, it is waterproof, there is a mesh part which protects you from mosquitoes or insects. The tent was bigger than I thought, there is room for 2 adults and 2 children. What I don’t like is that there is no protection from the front and anyway mosquitoes or insects can get in.The way to close it was a bit difficult, but based on the instructions that came with the tent, I finally managed to close it as it was at the beginning and put it in its corresponding bag. It is a portable tent and I think it has a reasonable price.

It arrives folded up in a circular bag. Assembly is simply removing it form the bag and allowing it to spring into position.
Once up, the build is good; stitching was good, the spring steel didn’t try to poke through the fabric.
The design is excellent, allowing my 4 year old to stand up and move about. There is a decent amount of floor area to play on, and the open front makes it very much an outdoor tent. Despite this, all the mesh allows quite a bit of airflow whilst providing a decent amount of shade. At the corners there are 4 pockets for sand, and there are 6 loops for the supplied pegs too.
Materials are appropriate; polyester, mesh and spring steel. There are also 6 stakes.
However.
I spent about 20 minutes swearing at this thing because it would. Not. Go. Back. In. The. Blimin’. Bag.
Of course the Mrs managed it in 30s, proving that it is in fact possible, just not for me.
Surprised at how big this is, when up in the garden the dog likes to stretch out in it out of the heat, but this is so handy for beach and picnics, it does open up very easy but I struggle a bit to pack it away, I found the online picture instructions more helpful than the ones sewn into the bag, comes with the pegs and it’s own carry bag, glad it comes with the attached ground cover, would have been nice if there were a front as it only has the 3 sides, can’t comment on durability, might not last long with daily use but it’s not really meant for that so fingers crossed.
Designed for the beach but I’m using it for fishing. This pop up tent literally takes 30 seconds to pop up (you spend more time pegging down) and has loads of space inside for chairs or blankets to sit on. Offers protection from rain / sun and is really ideal for beach days if you have kids or for me to offer protection from the sun by the pond. When it comes to putting down it is a little tricky until you get the hang and after 3-4 attempts, I can get it back in the bag in 2 minutes. Really neat product overall to which I will certainly buy again!

This is such a good thing to have to take to the beach r use in gardens it doesn’t get too hot and is so easy to put up and down. Easy to clean sand off etc too.
Great sized shelter for a trip to the beach or in the garden. Easily fits 2 adults and 2 children. Has ground pegs included for grass and side sandbags that you cans fill to weight it on the beach. Has good uv protection and folds down easily into a lightweight carry bag.
Note that although resembling a tent, this is actually a 3 sided shelter, it provides protection from the sun and light rain but has an open front, that said it’s cheap and portable and adequately sized for up to four people.
Item arrives in a protective outer carrying bag, no box or external packing is supplied.
Thoughtfully the manufacturer has provided a set of detailed step by step fold up instructions, these are a very welcome addition as I always struggle with the twists and folds required to get these items back in the carrying bag, they are attached to the inside of the carrying bag so that they are always accessible, great idea and well implemented.
The shelter is a simple popup affair, although it is relatively large and can accommodate four people, it has UV protection and is waterproof, the materials utilised are relatively thin but adequate though the pegs supplied may not but enough to hold down the shelter in windy conditions.
This is an item that is best utilised on a sunny day in little to light winds, whilst it provides protection from the sun and a light shower it is devoid of the privacy required for changing due to the open front, it is however a very handy and portable shelter which can be popped up in a jiffy and provides a home base for keeping your lunch in whilst at the beach, or a neat little den for the kids on your back lawn.
For the current price of sub 20 it’s affordable, handy and portable, the fact that they included instructions to fold back up again is also a major bonus.
I ordered this for us to use with our 2 girls on the beach but also to have as a nice shelter for the girls in the garden. It’s very handy for them to pop their towels in and get dried after a dip in the paddling pool or tub.
Upon opening and removing the tent pretty much pops open and then just needs pegging down with the 6 metal pegs included in the bag. 1 peg on each corner and then 2 on the front floor part. We had it up in the garden for a couple of days during the sun and it was a bit windy but kept secure. On the beach it would need weighted bags (we will put our rucksacks etc inside to hold it down).
Our girls have loved having this in the garden to get dried off in and just to chill out in the sunshine and its great that this provides a good amount of UV protection.
The only slight downside is the lack of front (you can’t close it up) so bugs most certainly can get in but also if you wanted to use it to get changed you’d need something else to have a bit of privacy. We have a windbreaker that we can pop in front when on the beach that will also help shelter it and give us somewhere we can get changed.
For the price of just under 19 at the time of review, the tent itself is great. It will pop back down to the same size but it took a few goes to get the knack of it.
The reduction of 1 star is purely because it doesn’t have a front wall closing option which would have made it absolutely perfect to reduce bugs coming in and adding privacy. Very nice though and certainly very useful and we will be taking this with us as it’s so compact when folded down and a very good size when up. Thank you 🙂
This is much bigger than I thought it would be. It is great though. It is pop up but there is definitely a knack of closing it back down again. Comes in a carrying bag and is light weight. There are 6 tent pegs for it and also 4 pockets on the sides which I read are for storage but I think you could put sand in them to give a bit more weight to the shelter when on a windy beach. I like that it has the UV protection and that it is so spacious inside. I can highly recommend this sun shade.

The pop up tent is very spacious easily fit a family of 4 in no problems. It pops up easily and comes with pegs to pin it down. I cannot however get it back down! I’ve tried to fold multiple ways as the instructions on the label are not very clear. It’s still up in the garden! Provides good shade and wind proofing.
This is much bigger than I was expecting for the price.it’s going to easily fit our family of 3 plus dog in here to rest out of the sun on the beach, park or garden. I love that it provides UV protection and a longer base than the tent, so you can really make the most out of the room while staying protected. It’s very light to carry in the bag and the handles are long enough to go over a shoulder.
The only reason this isn’t a 5* for me is as it doesn’t have a front to it I’m not sure the 6 pegs would be enough on a windy uk beach to stop it taking off. I would definitely want to weigh it down more with bags. Please note too that it doesn’t have a front so is not suitable for changing in, privacy wise.
Once folded, it fits back into the storage bag without any hassle. The tent offers enough room for two adults. It provide cooler space when the sun is out. The base is thin, so we used a picnic mat underneath for added comfort and protection, which worked well.
The tent features vents/mosquito net on the sides that help maintain a good temperature inside. It is also incredibly lightweight, making it easy to carry, and it doesn’t take up much space in the car. Overall, it provides good value for money.
