This product is 2.5kg so it is a bit heavy and can last quite a while. I used once for treating my lawn and it worked. Not sure about killing the weeds and will test it in next summer. If it can kill moss as well it must be good value for money.
This is a great versatile lawn product that makes the good stuff grow, and kills the bad stuff – Exactly what you want it to do! It’s quite easy to use and you can cover a decent sized garden with just one tub. It seems to have done a good job in my garden as my grass is definitely looking a bit greener! Would recommend!
The most important thing about this product is that it works and is easy to use, not only to feed the lawn and help kill the weeds but helps to restore the poor areas of the lawn.
Bought this thinking it would kill the creeping buttercup that was in the lawn.
If anything it looks healthier than ever….. But so does the grass sowhat can I say.
After following instructions to the letter namely waiting for a time where there was a few days drought and no rain forecast.
We spread using the our spreader on and after a few days luckily for us it rained just right time for the feed.
Then it was just a matter of waiting and after 2 weeks. Sure enough the grass started to really thicken up and turned a darker green and it now looks really lush.
Obviously there’s are still parts where there is no grass where it couldn’t have an effect, but the grass that has been treated really came on leaps and bounds.
So I can definitely recommend. It worked a treat.
I have a horribly weedy lawn. In fact it’s mostly weed more than grass. Trouble is it’s an old house with a long thin garden so it’d cost the earth to returf it. I’ve thrown this stuff all over – really liberally if I’m honest and I’ll keep an eye on how it does. It’s too soon to see results but the stuff is Simon to just throw onto the lawn and see what happens. The rating is for the ease of application alone. I hope to have results in a month or so..
10 days after applying, there are clear, initial results, I covered half my lawn in order to get a direct comparison. Treated one side & did nothing to the other side.
There were a few days of heavy rain after I spread this, so it got the best possible chance to get to work.
The day after I applied, the leaves of daisies did start to show black marks, but I’d put this down to some of the treatment getting trapped on those leaves & dissolving in place once the rain hit, so it was getting an extreme dose, rather than the treatment being absorbed by the roots.
Ok, we’ve let all settle & absorb, I’ve not cut the lawn during this time & the grass is visibly darker green, maybe a bit darker than you’d expect, the weeds are mostly blackened, not entirely, so can’t be sure they’re going to die, but they are injured, so there’s hoping….
Time to do the other half…
