This dog shampoo is just brilliant. Yes, its expensive, but its concentrated, does a great job of cleaning our water & mud loving monster, smells brilliant & his skin & coat are fantastic as a result. But in all the photos of the shampoo in its container, you clearly see the matching pump dispenser.. well, you don’t get one to dispense this thick, lovely, concentrated shampoo in the correct amount you absolutely need a dispenser. Wow what a wonderful dog shampoo. A pleasure to shampoo my big boy today. Lovely lather and moisture. Rinsed away well without leaving any residue.
His coat is so fluffy and shiny any sign of dry skin flakes gone.
So pleased l tried this, will use it on my 2 small dogs too and know they are going to look so soft and fluffy.

Wow the difference with my Glodendoodle’s fur&skin.
Lately I’ve noticed how pink her skin is and her fur really matted, my vet told me to buy shampoo with oatmeal in it so I saw this and the reviews and thought I’d give it a try. After just one wash I can see amazing results and her fur is super soft. She seems happier too!

We bought a wee pup who hadn’t been that well looked after and had bad dry skin and patchy hair loss. I sent for this shampoo and his skin is so much better after just a few uses. His coat is really shiny too.
Fabulous best for a soft coat or a dog that itches a lot, my white dog was always scratching until we found this fabulous shampoo. Thank you but please don’t put the price up or it or I could not afford it we are now in February 2023 and we still use this for my Dogs my daughter uses it for her Chihuahua as well very happy
We use this shampoo on my miniature dachshunds fur and we love it.
It is so gentle on his skin.
It keeps his coat so lovely and soft with a beautiful shine to it.
We receive a lot of positive comments about the quality of his fur.
A little goes a long way too so brilliant value for money.

My 6month old Labrador rolls in poo often and his regular shampoo is too harsh on his skin to use all the time as I noticed his skin was itchy, so I decided to try this one! It works great for his skin & no itchiness however there is no smell. I use a smelly shampoo first and then this one and that is working fine to keep his skin & coat clean and healthy.
Update: I’ve used this a few times now and I’ve just bought a second bottle. Fantastic product and a happy pooch!!
Our dog has sensitive skin, which flared up after using an off the shelf (supposedly for sensitive skin) flea shampoo, the end result was extreme itching, rash blotches, bald spots and sores where he had over groomed. I have been using this shampoo for 3 weeks (once per week) Our dogs hair is growing back, only a couple of blotches and the sores have scabbed and practically gone.
Only used this once so far, will be using it later on, the first time I used it on my Frenchie it really seemed to ease his persistent scratching & itching, fingers crossed it keeps helping him!
I have tried most of the dog shampoos on the market but this is the best I’ve ever had, it lathers up fast with just a small amount (most shampoos take two washes to achieve this) and helps with any stubborn tangled hair, it leaves the coat so silky soft and shiny ,best shampoo on the market, plus all natural and vegan, I highly recommend you try this shampoo, you wont regret it x
My rescue dog had terribly dry scaly and itchy skin but as he had been awfully abused I didn’t want to put him through the trauma of a bath until he fully trusted me. Took advantage of the recent hot weather to give him a much needed shampoo with the hosepipe in the garden. This stuff is amazing! Just the one wash and no more flakey skin, no itching and a much happier dog
Bought this as an emergency purchase as my dog as a skin problem and has to have a weekly bath some times twice . And we were having trouble with getting her perscription shampoo. I really suited her sensitive skin and didn’t cause a flare up liked the fact it’s not scented as too as I find scented shampoos. Love the fact you can use it diluted or undiluted. Left coat lovely and soft and skin hydrated.
We have a 6 month old blue staffy that suffers badly with food allergies and is so itchy! Always chewing his legs, scratching his stomach and has quite dry flakey skin especially around his belly. Currently on an elimination diet to try and rule out the route source which has helped enormously but he does still get itchy. Since using this product, after the third wash he is much less itchy and his rash is basically gone. His coat also feels so soft and moisturised. Also the scent is fine. It actually doesn’t really smell at all but does take away any whiffs your dog may have! Will buy again should these results continue!
Great product. My dog has very sensitive skin. Like doggy eczema, very dry, flaky sensitive skin,. I have tried all kinds of products but never had any real success until I found thus product. His skin is now already looking healthier after one use and he has stopped scratching and itching. I’d highly recommend.
I never write reviews but I feel like every dog owner should have this shampoo. I have been using “calm skin” for years to treat my dogs dry, flaky skin and it has made no difference. After one bath with this (I used it neat because I’m lazy) I couldn’t believe the difference.
Not just her skin but her coat is so soft and so shiny and the smell is just very… clean!

i think the smell is not overwhelming my dog who suffers with a skin problem that is with her for life and she shows no irritation and leaves her short coat nice clean and white and soft and my other dog who is the reverse with long soft pomeranian hair crossed with a jack russell her hair ends up lovey and soft. it’s economical as you literally don’t have to use much otherwise you will be rinsing your dogs coat forever.. will smell good and look clean and shiny but u don’t have to use anymore than a pound size amount rub between your palms and spread it around your dogs coat is my best way of applying.
My pup gets so dirty when we go on woodland/beach walks and I was concerned about how often I had to bathe him. So I bought this shampoo and honestly he has been WAY less itchy and I have comments all the time about his coat as it is now SOOO soft and shiny! I use this about once a week, diluted in a jug and poured on him when he has been rinsed and I have had no skin issues or anything! This is the only shampoo I will buy for him from now on!
Great product, unscented and can be used neat or diluted so really good for dogs with sensitive skin. My dog doesn’t have skin problems but we have to wash him almost daily in the winter because he gets so muddy so I wanted to make sure we were using a product that wouldn’t cause any problems either. I use a really small amount neat and it lathers him up quite well but not excessively so a little goes a long way. He’s a staffy so very short-haired and a medium sized dog. Unlike him, I do have sensitive skin and this product has not caused any issues for my skin eithe

I have changed his food and scratching lessened, not a lot, but still.
Bought this shampoo and it worked on third wash (I bath him every week after puppy socialization group). After this by sixth wash he was not so itchy anymore. Coupled up with special dog supplement Dog’Skin and he stopped scratching himself altogether 🙂
Showered him and left the shampoo on for a few minutes before rinsing.
It smells nice, a little goes a long way,and by the second use a few days later the itchiness stopped.
I will continue with this despite the price which is a bit steep but he’s a small dog.
A pump dispenser would have been an advantage.
The product he suggested did a good job but was insanely expensive to buy so when it ran out I researched the internet for alternatives.
This came up on a deal of the day and had some good reviews so I thought, why not give it a go and ordered it.
Penny (The Patterdale!) has now had three baths in the pro-pooch Oatmeal shampoo and we have had no issues at all with it.
It lathers up well and we don’t need to use much at all to wash the dog (she is a Jack Russel sized dog if you are not familiar with Patterdales) the shampoo is only lightly fragranced so she doesn’t feel the need to run and roll in the first smelly thing she can to take the small away!
At the regular price this is about half what we had to pay the vet for the one they suggested so we will be ordering this again, hopefully the offer will be repeated!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this if you have an itchy/ scratchy best friend or are being fleeced by your vet!
Months later his fair is nearly back to what it was, I would 100% recommend this shampoo, I saw reviews on the smell and I didn’t mind it but even if the smell was weird I would still use it as he can’t smell any worse than he does from the infection, his fair feels so nice and soft after using this shampoo and we spent well over 6 months trying other things and this has been the best product so far to help heal his skin for his hair to grow back, he is 16 years old and the state he look we were sure he was going to die before Christmas and now he looks healthy agai
Only giving a 4 for now as not used long enough to see if it really helps my ollie to stop scratching.
It seems a small tube for the money (I think) however You only need a little bit of it as it lathers really well so goes a lot further than you first think.
Easy to rinse out as well which I like. I have not noticed it really smell of anything Which is nice, especially not tea tree anyway (which I do not like the smell off) my ollie looks white and clean after his bath which I like
Bought this to use on our 6 month old Kerry Blue Terrier pups. Initially a little wary after looking at some of the reviews saying the shampoo was very watery and didn’t lather well however bought it as the positive reviews outweighed the negative.
It doesn’t have a strong smell at all and I used the shampoo neat rather than diluting. It lathered ok but not as much as some other shampoos I’ve used. I wouldn’t let this put me off though.
Their fur was left really soft and shiny and brushed through when dry with no problem! The small patches of dry skin they had seem to have disappeared too. Whether they return remains to be seen at the moment but will wait and see.
I also bought the baby powder spritz to keep them fresh between washes/grooming sessions .
The shampoo is a little pricey for the size of the bottle but I found worth it – I’m really pleased with the results after the 1st use.
Her coat is soft clean and healthy and the concentrated shampoo is great to use as mixed in a jug I am sure to get it all over her instead of putting shampoo directly on her coat then rubbing in
I’ve often wondered if the bits that get the shampoo hit till I spread it out might be too much for a sensitive skin By pouring out of the jug it’s far more easy to get the right amount all over her safely.Its the same with humans we tend to dump our shampoo on the top of our heads and can end up with dry itchy scalps
I just wanted to say a big thank you for your amazing product. Our Labradoodle Herbert, has been having terrible trouble with itchy skin, so much so that after his last shower on Christmas Eve, he chewed himself on his back leaving 4 large scabs. His itchiness has been getting slowly worse. We used your product on the day of receipt (Saturday 30 th ) and are amazed at the difference. Herbert hasn’t chewed or scratched at all and seems a much happier dog. We wanted to wait a few days from using your product (4 days now) to be sure that it works, and I’m pleased to confirm it does. We will be taking it to the groomers we use as well as using it for showers at home.

Our dog has been quite itchy and after many trips to the vet there appeared to be no solutions. However, for the first three weeks after using this shampoo she just stopped itching completely. She has started to scratch a bit more again recently so maybe it is wearing off…but she isn’t scratching as bad as she was before use of this product so very pleased with it. She still has red angry skin on her back feet but she did stop nibbling them after using the shampoo. Just hope that with more uses it might ease the redness a bit.
After just one use I noticed a remarkable improvement in his scratching behaviour, and after two uses now it seems to have stopped completely (yay!)
The shampoo lathers up beautifully and rinses really well, leaving my dog’s coat wonderfully clean, soft and shiny. Even though it doesn’t have a perfume, or leave behind any residual fragrance it still manages to remove those stubborn whiffy doggie smells. And anyway I’d much rather have a happy contented pooch that smells of nothing than a sweet smelling irritated one any day of the week.
Thank you for a great product and giving me my happy doggie back, keep up the good work. Will definitely be buying again in future!
