I have had 2 of these for a few years until one was dropped in to a rock pool and as one walkie-talkie isn’t much use I bought these two, Then the one that had been for a swim started working again
The range isn’t brilliant but is decent but they are good value and it only seems to work with the same brand. This isn’t an extensive test though. We have used them a lot on days out on the journey between cars or my 9 year old takes one and it gives him a bit of freedom

Exceptional delivery. The only problem we had setting up was the manual was not the correct one for our units. We had usb chargers where as the manual instructions were for tray based chargers. Also after charging for the required 3 hours, no green light came on, we took a chance and they worked. Must say this is a well written manual. Very easy to use especially for my 80 year old husband who is not techno savvy. We use it to communicate from the house to his garage/workshop. Works fine.
