Both Retevis Earpiece Headset 2 Pin PTT MIC’s worked better than I expected. I own quite a few Retevis Handheld/Mobile Radios and other Retevis speaker mics. However, these PTT headsets although they might seem fragile, do fit the body comfortably and covertly. The PTT Microphone is very sensitive and if mounted on your collar is close enough for a really good audio pickup.
Update: so the seller contacted me for an alternative offer that may better suit for the size of my ear as it’s always a struggle to get headpieces to fit me. And I was sent the G type earpiece that was a perfect and more comfortable fit for me. Also the speaker gadget has volume control on it which I found really useful. Very happy with the customer service considering I was still keeping the headsets for my partner just not myself they was extremely helpful making sure I was fully satisfied.

Worked well, however with all other earpieces I’ve used, you have to hold the mic quite close to your mouth – with this one you don’t. Unfortunately force of habit means I did and the audio was reported to be quite garbled/muffled.
Because of this reason, I won’t be using them – however I would recommend them to users who haven’t yet used an earpiece.
I found the ear piece to be too loose in my ear, but I had a bigger rubber ear piece from a broken set, so was able to reuse that. I do like the fact that there’s a single cable from the Radio, to the Mic, then a cable from the Mic to the ear piece.)
great for my work asi i cant wear the other ones. I have a problem they don’t fit the radios at work so how do I go about sending them back and geting my money back.
I use this in an outdoor enviroment and it performes brilliantly. It sends and reciveves extremely clear audio. However the cables are very thin and delicate. But overall i have had no trouble with it.
