Bought this watch because I was impressed with the accuracy of a S/S Sekonda watch. This has not disappointed so far. No instructions – on line link, but I was surprised that the model number wasn’t listed. Although new, is this old stock?
I now own four Sekonda watches, and I like all of them equally. One is nearly 40 years old and still works perfectly. Yes, there are better quality watches on the market, but if you are looking for value for money, in my opinion you will have to go a long way to beat Sekonda. They look nice and they keep good time.
Bought this watch for my husband’s 65th Birthday. It arrived really quickly, and is absolutely beautiful! Nice large, clear face and looked really expensive.
Fantastic quality, and my husband is over the moon with it.
He said it’s so comfortable to wear, and fits him perfectly.
As my wrists are on the large side I was concerned that the bracelet would not be long enough, so before ordering I placed THREE questions on here, unfortunately there was no response to any of them. This is the only negative to the buying process as I thought either Amazon or Sekonda would perhaps respond. I was obliged to have a ‘live chat’ with Amazon who reassured me on that.
I went on to order it late one afternoon and although I ticked a box indicating a longer delivery period at no extra cost, I had it on my wrist by 3:00 pm the following day – less than 24 hours! What great service.
The bracelet fits my wrist snugly, I daresay if it ever needs lengthening I can return it to have an extra link(s) added. The clasp has a neat additional fold-over security feature which should ensure that the bracelet never becomes undone.
I was surprised to find that the display for Sunday was in red lettering, something I had not encountered in any previous day/date watches I have owned. Purely a comment, not at all a criticism.
