The tweezers, while quite good for the price, are made of somewhat softer steel than I like (they have too much give).
The spoons are great for playing sauces, and are complemented by the wedges, although I seldom use the latter ones.
Definitely a good starter set to get into plating food, though more demanding home cooks might want to invest in some additional equipment.
Bought as a present, and it was a shame they weren’t boxed, just in a bag. However, product is exactly as described, exactly what was wanted and received very well by the final recipient. Good Value
Acquistati per dare sfogo alla mia creazione ma sono alle prime armi, quindi ho deciso di acquistare questo kit. Pensavo fossero scadenti ma in realt mi sento soddisfatto, il prodotto di buona qualit sia le parti in acciaio che quelli in plastica. Li consiglio a chi vuole iniziare con pasticceria o cucina moderna.
le pinzette sono fatte molto bene. Mi trovo meno a mio agio con i cucchiai per la salsa ma il prodotto molto valido. Ideali anche per l’uso professionale. Profondamente consigliate. Tarocchi molto robusti
