Great piece of kit. Sandpaper is easy to fit, especially when using a roll of sandpaper.
Using the word easy many times may not be great reading but it is the best word.
Easy to use and set up. Using a standard roller extension pole means high wall and ceiling can be reached.
I have trialled all sorts of mops…. they all break down or become bald.
This is an excellent bit of kit. You just steal a wig from your neighbours (sorry uncle Pete) and put that wig at the end of this. There are two screws which will keep the wig in place.
And Viola!
You have one of the best mops in this world. Just mop whatever you want. I have been moping our cat and toilet floor and it served both really well.
Good build quality and swivels freely. It has a firm sponge pad which gives good contact with the wall.
I’ve paired this with the Harris premier extension pole and it works well. It’s a good combination and glides freely.
It wouldn’t make a very good hand sander in my opinion, if you’re thinking of using it like that. I’ve used it without the pole in a few tight spots, and it’s not something I would want to do for any extended length of time.
This is going to save me a lot of time and effort sanding my walls without running up and down a ladder. If time is money then it pretty much pays for itself!
Such an amazing piece of kit, need to attach a pole, so if you have a lot of sanding, there is nothing better, there are more expensive ones out there, if you are a home Diyer, this will serve your needs. Arrived on time.

Been looking for this item since caught sight of one on DIY SOS. This saves your back when sanding walls and ceilings. you need a good extension pole, (see other review) joined together one of my better purchases.
