    Once we worked out, how to connect phone with Bluetooth…i,had to hold the back of my phone right up to the dial for it to connect my phone…after that no issues…incoming calls are clear and crisp..jst bear in mind if your radio volume is down low…so will the voice on the other end of the call…so remember to turn your volume up if making or when receiving calls
